Shitty B. Knight and the Puritan Name

I just saw a post about how awful some Puritan names were in the 16th and 17th centuries, the most ridiculous of which was “If-Christ-had-not-died-for- thee-thou-hadst-been-damned” (yes. someone genuinely named their child that, apparently he was just called Damned by most people for short, which is ironic), and so I propose a possible Puritan-style name for one Shitty B. Knight.
