what do you do for a living outside of drawings you post here? do you have a special job with animals or science or anything? you seem to know a lot about specific critters and how things work from animations ive seen on here.

I'm an animator/motion graphics artist! Most of my knowledge of critters is my own curiosity and love of nature. Kind of a hobby. Plus, a lot of artists study human/animal forms to replicate them in their works. I have worked as a medical animator before, though.

Currently I work for a company that assists energy utilities with vegetation management & preserving biodiversity. I help with making graphics and animated training videos. I have been learning a lot about plants at this job. :)

hii! i was a huge fan of your splashkittyartist yt and to see you now and your work is so inspiring and amazing! i started watching you when i was in the second grade and now im a senior in hs, applying to an art uni.. thats so crazy to think of! lol anyways, if you dont mind me asking, what did you take in uni and how are you now?

I'm glad you were inspired! :] My major was called Digital Media and Design, I concentrated in Motion Design and Animation.

Nowadays I work as an animator and illustrator for a company that helps utility crews report & maintain biodiversity.

im sure you get this so much but bro.. just found you again after a decade and remember being the HUGEST splashkittyartist fan literally ever when i was like 9-13 over 10 years ago!!! you were a big inspiration at my age, and i saw what you're up to now and it makes me incredibly happy you kept on drawing an animating! your art is amazing and hasnt ever stopped improving. hope you keep doing what you love!! :)) you're a core part of inspiration for a generation of kids, and never stopped inspiring.

I've played D&D and I'm planning to play Disco Elysium at some point. I have friends who play Star Wars games but I'm not sure if they play those...personally I don't really care about Star Wars that much...

Im curious about this oc Star that anon asked about? could you share some art of Star?

She was a blue sparkledog with wings. For context I used to make animations of my childhood friends and I's fursonas, Star was one of them. The real person she represented moved away and we don't talk very often, but I remember we designed the Star character together. I found this picture:
