Fanon Scarian is abusive. So is Canon but Fanon takes are just wrong. Grian isnt some uwu boy with all that trauma and scar isn't a macho man who exists JUST to comfort Grian.

Scarian is toxic on BOTH SIDES. Scar doesn't listen to Grian,a nd sometimes goes out of his way to inconvinence or disobey him (read: going after the enchanter)

Here is where I'm gonna make people mad: Grian isn't much better!! He's constantly undermining Scar, cheated on him and is just very verbally abusive.

Canon Scarian could maybe MAYBE be friends with some therapy, but no more. Fanon Scarian is innacurate

I say this as someone that is afab - I can't really watch most women content creators? It is nothing against them, I love them as CCs and characters, I live for analysis of them and seeing content, but I just can't watch their videos? I think it's a voice thing for me, I don't know why, but I just can't sit through some of their voices for long periods of time. I think it has something to do with a key piece of my childhood being Aphmau, and now when I get reminded of her, I full body recoil (if you know you know) It's like some sort of subconscious defense against voices/speech patterns that are similar to her.

I feel awful about this, and I honestly don't feel like I could even talk about this with friends of mine that keep recommending them to me out of fear that they'll take it as hate, this is NOT hate against any of them, it is quite literally just a visceral response to certain voice pitches/speech patterns.

As a Grian watcher, I wish that Grian interacted with more people consistently in the life series. Of course there’s a some examples, like the bad boys, roommates, and the etho task, but compared to other people it feels like he stays in his own bubble more. I genuinely forgot scott was in the life series because I can’t think of one slightly notable interaction between the two. I still love watching him, but I want to see more of the other people.

(Before anyone tells me to just watch other povs, I can barely keep up with Grian, much less more people.)

I cannot stand the life winners liveblog. It was and IS a good idea, I have no hesitation admitting that. It's fun, (hopefully) both for the creator and those that participate/WILLINGLY view it, but the fun of it wore off after the first week of it clogging the trafficblr tag. I've just blocked it atp, the asks and responses that I occasionally find especially entertaining are NOT worth the 24/7 flood of posts drowning out all the other lovely art and writing and ideas from others. Seriously, there have been like 50+ posts in the last 24 hours alone, it got exhausting to scroll through these LONG posts after posts after posts from the same blog
