This folder is largely a mess despite repeat attempts to keep it tidy. When things get saved off for preservation this is where they go along with discord which has the source links... Though with twitter constantly breaking and instagram decay can sometimes still be a bit of a memory game where things are. Even more so when sites unexpectedly go down.

you have references for concept art Douxie’s staff I hear?
We do! Not the orthographic version mind but we do have it's paint including the base colours which for reference is always a bonus. Can be easy to miss things with the shiny details and/or textures.
It's by Alison Donato. The linework this is painted on was drawn by Sam Drummond.

First thing, just wanted to say this blog is great and all the work you do for it is amazing!
I came here to ask if there’s any concept art for Douxie’s clothes? Specifically the Camelot look, it’s been a bit hard for me to find any good references for the cosplay I’m making, hope you have a great day/night btw!
There is two actually! Two versions of his concept art appearance and his the orthographic which has his front paint included.
Apologises for the teeniness of this, it's a screengrab from the Art of Wizards video. I think there is a larger version of this blowing about somewhere that was screenshot when it was live though not got it to hand.
Then this one is the finalised concept art! Both are by Betsy Bauer.
Tumblr is absolutely going to eat this so do pop it out into a tab, reference wise I prefer the landscape version. This is a full orthographic turnaround thanks to Andy Murray.
It's also thanks to him we have any artwork of Camelot!Zoe too... Got the concept art for his stick too should you ever need it.
Hope these help!

My dash keeps breaking like it's going out of style, making it very awkward to do these posts. ANYWAY
This week's boards are by Stephen Sawran from the 3Below episode, The Arcadian Job! Given the Blanks pop ins appear in Max Lawson's work on the same episode it's very possible they were a later visual addition/this particular sequence didn't have them prior.
This whole bit is never not funny.

Tumblr please stop glitching and let me upload images.
As promised, Jim's Akirdion armour from Rise of the Titans! These were created by Sam Drummond who at some unknown point in time removed all his RotT artwork from his artstation account along with other works. Because that is a situation that has never happened even with the website choosing AI over artists (Artists simply replaced thumbnails and left their work for the most part) these were presumed "safe" which turned out not to be the case.
While much was lost, Fisorion of reddit happened to reupload these there 2 years ago meaning they have been preserved. They've been saved off as well with the hopes that maybe they'll be reuploaded some day.
Starting off some concepts for the design:
Then refinement work including a progressing from the concept, to 2 to 3 which would be stuck to:
And finally some funky callouts with texture reference!
The concepts for the new Amulet were also saved!
And for your reference needs, callouts and from different angles too.
Nobody else mass nuke their art for a while stressed enough as it is with websites collapsing and taking things with it.

Will do a proper post with the Akiridion armour (Probably for Monday), last night was a big blow and I've had very little sleep. Hope that temp one will do for now. Unfortunately people generally ignored his work even when it turned up and it's sheer luck we have what we do.

Since you guys asked for it, here's a couple of the Defenders of Arcadia models as uploaded by their 3D modeller, Gary Sookdeo! At the time of typing only Jim and Toby are up though given Toby popped out of nowhere it's far from impossible others might too.
Source
Both have mesh view and turn arounds too through the source links should you be so inclined! Great reference material too since they're untextured.

Rob Buchanan who also worked on the game has uploaded a few animation tests using the game rigs too. Because of how the videos are embed on artstation have to link them directly so they are Porgon Minion, a Goblin and Corgi Luug. Enjoy!

Toby's artwork has taken the lead by a good chunk on Claire's artwork!
On that note, we do happen to have additional artwork of Toby and Claire's final armour (Not everything but it might turn up at some point) if anybody would like those. Never can have too many references after all :)
For anybody curious (Me), Claire's artwork is currently winning on notes though Toby isn't far behind...

This week's storyboard sequence is not from an episode but from Rise of the Titans! Specifically the flying to and breaking into the HK Trollmarket by Tom Sales because his expressions are always wonderful.
Look at this preview how can you not love it?
As a fun bonus this is in the sequence:
Whiiiich we happen to have the colour key for by Aaron Loftis!
It's no longer on his website but I have it anyway. Enjoy :)

Snuck in a screenshot of Buster into that post. Forgot to do it earlier because of the post nearly getting wiped from a tumblr freak out. Sorry!

Today is the last of the unexpected artworks by Rustam Hasanov and is certainly the most mysterious in the form of this guy. Only one of the images has a file name where they are referred to as "Creature".
Now does the build remind you of anybody at all? They have Tronos colours which is fun of course but that's not all. Apart from being very scuttly in build which would make them a great climber, they share traits with a certain alien called Buster from 3Below...
Source for both images
It's more noticable when you have them side by side thanks to Alfonso Blaas who uploaded this paint over Fury Galluzzi's linework. She never had any Trollhunters artwork before that part of her website was shut down so sadly I we don't have that. Still, this was when he was part of the Trollhunters part of the franchise, more specifically as a "spider" in Merlin's Tomb. It certainly lines up!
Source
Just as a bonus of the only other non-storyboard art of Buster since the opportunity is here. This one is by Francisco Ruiz Velasco aka Fruiz.
Source
Even has six legs on the final version which certainly seems suggested above just like our red boy!
You're probably wondering why the heck spider keeps being brought up as there was never any spider! Well there wasn't in the final version no, there was however a draft version where there was one. Buster survived the process long enough for artwork to be produced and refined before he sat on the back benches. Then he'd have his official debut in 3Below as more than just an obstacle.
Source link. Includes a script too I don't feel comfortable reposting on tumblr.
As for the link to Buster, well here you go :)

Hey I’d be interested Toby's Defenders of Arcadia model!
I will cross post it and (As a bonus) the Jim one next Thursday! Like to keep twitter and here in sync so I don't end up getting confused who has what when it's new to both here and there. In the meantime I'll keep watching the account they pop up on just on the off chance something else appears by then... We got the textured goblins, Luug and porgon minions by somebody using their assets as an animation test a bit back weirdly enough.
