the thing about starving yourself but also having a terrible sleep schedule is that you’ll “take a nap” instead of eating then wake up feeling so disoriented and dizzy and it’s such a silly problem too because all i need to do to fix this is just go to bed at a regular time but apparently i can’t even do that successfully
