Edit: this was originally something my friend sent me, but I checked out cexis account. So this does look to be a unconfirmed thing. But honestly I didn't think of it before, but now that it's been suggested to me, seems to me that Fizz is probably Demi. His personality lines up really well, and in such away that suggest that one of the wrighters is one.

Okay, so I've actually had this conversation with my best friend a few times now. And I too question if Hellborns can die of old age.

So far in the show we haven't really seen any "old" Hellborns yet. At least none that I've noticed. The oldest looking/acting being the shark lawyer, but even he looks to be a human equivalence to being in his 50s, maaaybe 60s? (cartoon character ages can be a little hard to tell tbh) But that's not really a "dying of old age" category. Unless I've missed it, I haven't seen any hellborn character of any species look genuinely old, decrepit, could keel over tomorrow. Nor any photos of an OLD imp. No one walking around using walkers, oxygen, the likes. So I personally don't think they can die of old age.

To further back this idea, is the fact that no one in hell really thinks twice about murder. I know a lot of aspect of the show are hand waved a bit on the "It's hell" mantra. But realistically speaking, all the rings, but pride, need hellborns in-order to stay as functional societies. In order to cultivate culture and order, along with some thing resembling safety, laws must be in-place. After all, hell does have cops and prisons and laws as that's where Moxxie and Blitzo met, and Striker is a canonical outlaw. (I would assume each ring has it's own set of laws). If the hellborn had a natural population control of a regular birth rate followed by a natural old age death rate, then I would assume the rings would have laws against murders. after all, if the Hellborn population shrinks too much there's no parties, no attendees of sex clubs, no booming economy to profit off.

BUT, if the Hellborn don't succumb to a natural death of old age, but are still able to die through injury, illness, and the likes, it would be logical to encourage a culture within the Hellborns to prevent an over population issue by killing each other on the regular, and having a rather indifferent response to it. This would explain why assassins are common, why talking about hiring one or being one doesn't really raise eyebrows, and why body guards or so common place that there is an entire subclass of Hellborns (hellhounds) seem to default to being body guards.

-sigh- I think about this show to much.

Ozzie outliving Fizz

I am unsure if I? Missed something, but I keep seeing people say "Ozzy will outlive Fizz" and .. I think it is because he is a hellborn and they assume he HAS to die but? Idk A) I hate thinking of that and B) I just?? Feel like Demons don't die due to age, and even if they do we have never been flat shown this happening. (UNLESS I MISSED THIS, WHICH IS TOTALLY POSSIBLE) Also I just feel like, dying in other ways, isn't likely since he's frequently by Ozzie's side. And.. he's a main character at this point, dude has plot armor as far as I am concerned (and if they DID kill him, I would be pissed cuz it would be lame as fuck to kill the only GOOD gay representation in the show rn lol).

BUT OVERALL... I Just don't like thinking about it lmao. That's just upsetting, let me enjoy the bois in love lol. I wasn't really into Helluva Boss, but this couple really kicked my enjoyment of the show into FULL GEAR.

Also if anyone sees this, recommend me blogs focusing on either of these two, content of them has been my saving grace lately lmao

It's namely a curiosity thing. This guy is every place. He has, like, 9 jobs across at least 5 rings (including working as a bar tender at Ozzies). He's for sure a Fizzarolli fan, might be trying to hook up with Verosika, and apparently wants to open up an orphanage?

He seems to have some kind of fringe relationships with Blitz and Fizz independently of each other (and maybe Stolas and Ozz), which gives credence to the theory floating around that he grew up with them in the circus.

He has that weird cousin you forget you have, even though he's constantly popping up, energy.

I don't need him promoted to his own episode or anything, but it'd be kinda fun to get some solid info on him.
