Like blondie, she was a specialist for 1 year, then a senior specialist for 6 months, now she is Customer Support Manager. How the fuck did she skip a lead and a supervisor role? Without having skills, experience, to even lead a team, yet alone supervise or coach individuals on helping them develop to grow in there career.

If there was an employee more tenure to the blondie who has been a supervisor for more than 3 years, promotion was given to the blonde girl having no experience leading a team and no experience supervising a group.

Do you think thats FAIR? No. Because they are throwing out underserving promotions left and right.

Like my story talks about the evil director. This other lady was with the company for a decade and months. Left to other company for a year, came back to the company I worked for(she was there for like 4 months). After old HAG of evil director got fired, they gave that promotion to her. Is that underserving YES? Like she didnt even have to work hard for it for a short period of time.

Like my former collegue, was a lead for 6 months now a supervisor. I have worked with her, I would not want be under her leadership or want her as my supervisor. Nice person dont get me wrong, but as far as a LEADER HELL TO THE FUCK NO. Has anyone ever felt like that? Like you wonder how the fuck did they get that TITLE, it would be your worst nightmare if they got a higher title which you be there bitch reporting under them. Them telling you what to do, having control over your employment if they should continue employ you. Having power to control everything about you to do the job. Is like you look at them, do I really want to directly report under you? Hell No.

I talk about that to some of leaders Ive worked with. It funny, there like if that person gets this position, there out. I feel like in point in time, that shit begins to GROW WORLDWIDE. why do you think ? people leave there jobs?
