Yes, it's an ableist slur.

Terms like "asshat," "head-up-ass," "up their own ass," and "high on their own farts" exist. There's also words like crap, dogshit, half-assed, assclown, and chucklefuck. And on the less vulgar side, there are terms like ridiculous, nonsense, train wreck, pointless, insipid, self-absorbed, pretentious, annoying, boring, contemptible, vile, and disgusting.

Substituting words like restarted, poptarted, brain damaged, smoothbrain, etc. is still ableist, because either 1. you obviously still mean the r-word, or 2. you're still using disability as an insult.

not to be on my old bullshit again but i'm so terrified of the future.... to give u a quick summary, on the 6th of april my boyfriend started suffocating me and later depraved me of liberty because he wanted to make me his wh0re so he doesn't have to work, saying my only way to escape would be jumping off the balcony at the third floor and breaking bones while doing it. this situation lasted only a while and i managed to escape, but because of the trauma i had to resign from my new job after a week of training because i can't think straight. i am looking for a less demanding job, but it's borderline impossible to get any in my town + i've been unemployed since the beginning of january and i'm not eligible for any sort of benefits. i'm waiting for a spot at an outpatient psych clinic to deal with what happened so i can eventually go back to that job (the boss said i can do it when i feel better) but it will be weeks and i have time until the 5th of may to move out and start my life from scratch again as it's probably the day my ex(?) boyfriend leaves the hospital. also i'm so scared of being homeless and slipping back into selective mutism, i don't want it, especially now that i have to be stronger than ever before and idk what to do without any money so if u can help me in any way i would be very very grateful 🩶🪽

Being a lesbian shouldn't be this difficult like why can people just accept the fact that there are people who do not have room for men at all and we have chosen to call ourselves a specific thing to ID ourselves, communicate as much, and find one another. Thank you to everyone that helped us with our last goal! We were able to pay rent and utilities as well as our miscellaneous household bills!

Currently I’m set to start my new job on the 15th which is great news but unfortunately with this start date my first check will be on the 26th well past the due date for household bills, particularly the payment to our lease guarantor, and it will only be $439 leaving a very large gap in funds for rent and utilities due May 1st.

hey, y'all. this month has been pretty rough for me financially, with a bunch of unexpected bills i had to pay and even having to deal with taking in another pet and the expenses that ensued. i asked for help with that before and got it, for which i am very grateful as i could not have taken her to the vet without it, but now i'm having to deal with food and medicine expenses that i ended up putting off because of that and that i have no way to handle right now.

Realized if I beat around the bush this is gonna take forever so, hi, Im a computer scientist who is a disabled trans woman. I am highly competent but unemployable due to certain disability issues. Currently Im working on PierMesh (https://piermesh.net) and trying to get funding for it. In the short term though Ive been working on learning Proxmox and Im at a point where I feel confident enough with it to be ready to set up experimentation for providing cheap vps hosting. While I could slowly scrape together the tech for this I think the sooner Im less dependent on donations the better. Please consider helping me fund the tech I need to get set up to provide hosting.
