Well you see it all started with Bojan constantly agitating Nace onstage as if he wanted a bigger muscular man to get annoyed and put him in his place...

Anyway, I had this idea that Bojan is in love with Kris, and pining, and thinking it's unrequited (the usual). And then Nace joins the band, and he has a huge crush on Nace because he's so sweet and so comforting and so good at taking care of him but also have you seen those muscles and those tattoos, this is a man who could hold Bojan down. And since Kris obviously doesn't want him at least he can crush on Nace?

Except that, of course, Kris is very in love with Bojan but assumes it's unrequited, especially when Jere comes into the picture. So he seeks comfort with Nace (they room together for a reason at Eurovision!), which Bojan finds out about and is absolutely heartbroken, spiralling, having panic attacks...

And after a bunch of misunderstandings they have some conversations and become a triad, and Bojan finally gets to live out his fantasies of Nace overpowering him and putting him in his place. When he's poking him or "punching" him onstage, that's a provocation, and he knows afterwards Nace will cross his arms and go "what exactly was that?" And Bojan will very innocently say "what was what?" At which point Nace says "are you going to obey and take your punishment or will I have to make you?" and of course Bojan goes "make me" and promptly ends up on his stomach on the bed, pinned down, an arm behind his back and Nace straddling him, because he might be experienced in martial arts but Nace isn't and he's not going to use any moves on Nace that would actually hurt him. (Kris very much enjoys watching Bojan get put in his place, tears in his eyes, moaning and whimpering but never quite letting go)

And then I had this idea (it has not been peer-reviewed by @touchyourblood because she's asleep but we share a braincell so I'm like 90% confident in this) that Martin is how Bojan first explored kink, and Martin is also the one who can do the really hard scenes that Bojan needs. Because, there's what Nace and Kris can do for him and then there's....the things he needs sometimes, which are too much for them. And it's Martin, quiet, sweet, gentle Martin, who looks like he could never hurt a fly, that can calmly and quietly chain Bojan up, inform him of what he's going to get, and then proceed to make him scream. He comes back from those scenes all sore and bruised and limping but also grinning like the sun, lighter than ever, and Nace and Kris try not to think too hard about what exactly Martin did to him, try not to look too closely at the marks he left until they're a little healed.

(One time they ask. They're cuddling together, all three of us, and they want to know. There was that time Bojan was limping, couldn't sit down, his back clearly hurting at the smallest touch...what did Martin do?

"Are you sure you want to know?" Bojan asks.

"Yeah," Kris says.

"Okay, well, don't freak out - "

"When you say that I'm definitely going to freak out, but now we're also both going to freak out if you don' tell us."

"Fine," Bojan says. "He whipped me."

Kris inhales sharply. Nace's hand stills where it's been petting Bojan.

"Whipping? As in, like, in a movie? Like with an actual whip?" Kris says, very nervously, like he can't believe it.

"Yes, and I told you, don't freak out. He knows what he's doing, he actually took classes when we got the whip, had a dom show how to do it without causing injury, and this is Martin, have you ever known him not to be careful?"

"No, but - I - " he's at a loss for words. But at least now he understands why Bojan comes back from scenes with Martin and sometimes flinches if someone touches his back.)

Anyway I have to go teach in 3 minutes but enjoy this
