I ate 900 calories today and I’m sad about it. But I’m off work on Friday and Saturday so I’m gonna try to do a fast from now until Sunday evening if I can. Drink only water and green tea and maybe eat one egg if I have to.

It’s September and I’m already freaking out about Thanksgiving!

I’ve come to the conclusion that I’ll only eat between 5 pm and 8 pm and I’ll fast for the rest, so that I get 21 hours of fasting a day and can weigh myself at 4:30 pm everyday before I eat.

it’s so strange that most of us have this way of thinking, like. I don’t believe nor call people fat, I just think that I, personally, need to be skinnier. Everyone around me should be healthy, my friends should not worry about the way they look because I will always love them no matter what, but I can’t love myself the way I am.

The only thing I ate today was a 6 inch tuna sub from Subway, less than 500 calories. Yesterday I ate only 3 eggs and a fiber bar, around 400 calories. But I’m not losing weight. 😩
