sorry i haven’t been posting that much shifting stuffs lately. i haven’t been attempting to shift as much as i used to, just cuz lack of motivation and also cuz of stuffs going on. when i have attempted, i haven’t really gotten any symptoms or felt close, but hopefully i’ll start attempting to shift soon again.
