hi, im a disabled native trans guy and im going to be homeless if i don’t have enough money for rent when may 11th comes. i have 7 weeks until then. i can’t go home to my extremely abusive mother in texas, and i need to stay in this area to protect my disabled chinese trans wife from her assaulter when he comes back to town for the summer. one of our friends who lives in the area has a family friend who will let me stay with them for $600 a month. i need to stay there for 3 months until college begins again, but for now i’m going to set my goal at $600 since i will hopefully find work in the summer. i’ve received $75 of that from my last post, so i just need $525 left. i’m going to try to sell some of my clothes and things to make enough money for food and medication expenses but i very much need assistance with this amount. rbs will be turned off when the goal is met. please help me out and share, thank you so much <3

Welcome to the Ghetto Tarot, a project from award-winning documentary photographer Alice Smeets and a group of Haitian artists known as Atis Rezistans. The idea was to take the classic Rider-Waite tarot deck of 78 cards and create a photographic version of each card using settings and objects in the vibrant ghetto of Haiti.

As Smeets says, “The spirit of the Ghetto Tarot project is the inspiration to turn negative into positive while playing. The group of artists ‘Atiz Rezistans’ use trash to create art with their own visions that are a reflection of the beauty they see hidden within the waste. They are claiming the word ‘Ghetto,’ thus freeing themselves of its depreciating undertone and turning it into something beautiful.”

So, as for the second part it literally hit home, while the first part it did but in another way and I'll clarify it. When I was a child/teen my dad was pretty strict indeed school/education was everything to him and yes we argued for it many times. But growing up I realized he just wanted my best. He is not affectionate with touch, and doesn't say "I love you" but I know he does and I do too. As for the second part, big YES I'm fantasizing A LOT and making any future plans (head in the clouds, indeed) I know my dad is worried (glad to know my FS too as it proves me he cares) I had a certain feel and now I have the confirmation. Finally, I'm happy for the marriage card 🥺 (I have Libra placements so I'm in love with love 🌹)
