Done with today’s Duckmber prompt!

I based it on @skullsemi ‘s backup detectives au,with my main OC,Emilie(with a pageboy haircut because the au takes place in the 1940’s), and Peg Leg Pete.

I figured that if Pete ever got caught by the backup detectives,he’d hire a woman lawyer because he knows that’s not what they’d expect as an attorney.

I really did my best with Pete.

Awwnn thank you all for all the nice comments about the The Backup Detectives AU!! Y'all are just too kind!

I'm glad people like this silly idea of mine, and damnit it's easier to come up with a bunch of random and silly ideas than a story with a fully and consistent planned narrative for me. One thing I'm sure is that I can never say thank you enough, I appreciate y'all a lot!

Letley I've got really into @skullsemi's Backup detectives Au/idea, I really feel in love with their takes on the characters and I love how many characters there are in there

Somehow me Reading fanny's wiki pedia page got mixed me Reading their comics and looking at their art and when I found out the more used title for fanny was accualy "miss rabbit" rather than her name I got truck with an idea to add her into the backup detectives

She's a real Wild card because she doesn't really have a strong moral code and picks invidual People to "help" rather than sides, beasicly she does what she thinks will lead to more entertaining things happening later on

She doesn't have any strong opinions on People exept for oswald because they used to be really good friends and shes still fond of him

Id Say shes quite of a mysterious and strong figure around People, no one really knows what to reffer to her other than "miss rabbit" asking her for help is kind of like a gamble 50% she'll tell you useful stuff other 50%? Who knows?

Also Idk why but I thought it would be funny if her introduction was Everyone mistaking her for oswald in disguise and her Just going along with it because she thinks it's the funniest thing ever because these two are really nothing alike personality wise

First of all, HOW NICE OMG the art and smiles on this made me smile, such good work and Sunny is adorable!! Hi y’all! Since I love the backup detectives AU so much. I thought what if Sunny was in it? So I drew out her outfit design and her backstory.☀️

Okay let’s start!:

Sunny over here ain’t just your regular little "toon", she is a hardworking (sometimes lazy)girl who works with the backups to help solve cases whenever they have the chance.

She’ll even help them out with paperwork whenever she has the chance.

Aftermath:

Although despite her adventures with her new friends…she has some unresolved “problems” from her past that she couldn’t…well fix.

But…

in the end.

I don't think this was asked before,

But what do you headcanon the ages for the detectives in this AU?

I always saw Oswald and Goofy as the older ones of the group with Mickey and Donald around the same age, but I am interested in what you see.

My take is this order from oldest to youngest: Goofy, Donald, Oswald and Mickey (and Pluto!)

The age gap isn't THAT wide, but yep that's my take on it
