Is there going to be another sign project this fall? Personally I think it would be extremely cool if we rebooted the project but maybe with new signs/words to change it up

maybe! the thankyøu project is still going to happen though since a bunch of people were saying they wanted it to stay around, but i have some more ideas im working on too! :-)

this means so much to me.

when i started this project, i thought it might happen on a few nights of the tour, if that. just having signs on most of the spring trip for concerts was amazing by itself. but what is incredible- at least to me- is that it kept going. at festivals overseas, in australia, through the quiet is viølent tour and now "every konzert all around the world"... it is unbelievable.

and more than anything i think that just reflects on how truly connected the clique is, even when we're held apart by so many miles and oceans and everything else. and it reflects on how many lives this band has touched, all around the world.

like when i saw them, we were making signs before the show and a homeless man came up to my friends i and started telling us “why are you doing that for free, i wouldnt do that without getting paid” and saying that “they dont really care about you, all they care about at the end of the day is their ticket sales/money” 

(which is ridiculous, of course, because if i believe in anything i believe that tyler joseph and josh dun, even if they dont know my name or my face, even if i am just another face in the crowd and another night on the tour, i believe that they care. the songs prove that all by themselves.)

but it made me think: we arent getting paid for this. we arent getting anything in return for participating in this project and making these signs and holding them up. people all around the world are taking the time to make signs, and make a bunch of copies, and taking the time to hand them out and hold them up for nothing in return- we're doing it because we all feel the same way- extremely thankful to have these two men making the music that they do, and doing what they do.

im just really glad i found a way- through the signs- to make this mass amount of gratitude and appreciation visible and tangible to them. of course, people are always coming together over the internet and have been coming together to appreciate them for a long time now. but the signs made that visible not just to them but to ME, and showed me that there are so many other people who understand, and who have been so affected in the same way, and in their own unique way, enough so to want to help with this and be a part of it and thats amazing.

this whole ride, from having this idea to working with all of you to spread the word and make it into a reality- has been amazing and has, not even exaggerating, helped keep me alive in some of the rougher parts of this year, and for a few months when i REALLY needed it, it gave me a sense of purpose.

and i feel like i do this a lot but i really do have to thank each and every one of you who has retweeted and reblogged, made signs and passed them out and held them up, spread the word and supported this from day one or from two days ago- thank YOU, you are amazing, you are an important and wonderful person and the clique would not be the same without you. 

because really i can't take credit for any of this- this isn't my project. this is your project, this is our project. i did some base work and told you all my idea, but this has been 99% clique members all around the world out on the streets, making signs and passing them out and spreading the word. none of this could have happened without your work, and i appreciate every one of you endlessly.  

and look- every konzert all around the world.

look what you did, clique. we are so powerful when we come together for what we believe in. im so proud to be a part of such an amazing group of fans. |-/
