#i LOVE (/s) going through a lace pattern i'm thinking about buying #and there's 7 total projects. #4 in a suitable yarn. two are unfinished (less than ten rows). one is finished but the picture only shows it folded up #the last has a cat on it and they're covering up the part of the pattern i wanted to see #2 are in ombre dk/worsted yarn and they're Ok looking. but one is shown on the back of a couch out of focus. #the other is unblocked acrylic knit with needles either way too small or way too big #none of them show the final lace blocked out. laying flat. in focus. #the only one that you can actually see the whole shawl is the Most godawful messy variegated yarn #bonus if they decided to stripe two variegated yarns together. #this is on designers tbh. so many lace projects don't show. what the fucking piece looks like laid out flat. #i do not want to see seventeen photos of you posing with the shawl folded up while you do a 3/4ths pose!! #i want to see what fucking shape it's supposed to be!! just show the shawl laid flat or at least give a photo that shows most of it!!!

what are you guys thoughts on just trying hrt to see if I like what it does? should I be treating it more seriously than that?

#tbh as long as you're aware of what's Possible on HRT and know that some effects can/will be permanent. Go for it? #i'm still on t but a friend of mine went off it after being on for a long time #my understanding is that he kept a lot of the effects (slightly deeper voice. more body/facial hair. bottom growth ect) #but had some things semi reverse after stopping (skin/hair got softer. lower sex drive and less energy than while on it. obv period stuff) #i haven't talked to him for a long time so idk if he went back on or the long term effects of going off and then staying off #but tbh if you're wanting like. Facial hair and bottom growth. and don't like being on it outside of that. #doing 2-5 years of t and then getting off it is not a big deal. esp if fertility is a want. #However i straight up know very little about the transfemme side of medical transition/hrt. t blockers? i've never met them #if that's your flavour of hrt then grain of salt and all that

#i cant remember if it was 3 or 4 minutes #but my school was 5 floors #the worst year i had a class on the top floor and then had less than 5 minutes to get to the bottom floor on the other side of the school #and then after that class :) going right back up to the top floor :) #and the teacher of *that* class would give detentions for being late to class #the ground floor class was a shop class sometimes so it was an extra tight clean up/get bag from class room/run #That school administration fucked me over in a number of ways so i'm still salty about them lmaooo #united states (midwest)
