Impulse and Skizz as a demon and an angel respectively is also funny bc impulse has really good luck and Skizz has really bad luck. a really important distinction between mumbo jumbo the man and mumbo jumbo the monster is that like cc!mumbo is NOT a gamer? hes a tad nerdy but hes more of a jock. you will meet the type in filmworld occasionally and he does enjoy computer specs and such and clearly enjoys the puzzle of redstone but he got into youtube via bmx videos he has always been a jocknerd. not a geeknerd. now. c!mumbo is like the least athletic man of all time if you asked him to do a one block jump he would crumple into a sort of soggy paper ball and wither away. and he is VERY nerdy about redstone even if he's relatively specialized into machines and not farms, hes still interested in all mechanics. c!mumbo jumbo is, also, of course, very into deathpranks, as is normal for hermits. its enriching.

Yesterday I had a dreamt Tumblr started drawing Perry the Platypus humanized and he became a Tumblr-sexyman even tho he doesn't have a Canon human design yet. Then Disney made it canon and married him with Doofenshmirtz on a theatrical movie. Everyone cried and called it the ship of all time, blueprints, etc etc. And even casual people started cosplaying them. And making weddings themed after them. A floating sans head was there for some reason, whispered "February 1" and I woke up in a cold sweat

Alright Hermitcraft fans, As the new season looms closer, and as we have essentially been confirmed that two new people are joining Hermitcraft, we have to be on the same page. We all have our theories, and our hopes, and our corkboards, but what follows should be something that everyone understands.

Whoever the two new people are? We are going to hype the HELL out of them. There should be be a tidal wave of joy and support. Drowning them in positivity and welcoming them to Hermitcraft. Their announcements and first videos should be covered in enthusiasm. If you've never heard of them before, you give them as warm a welcome as an old friend - and give them a shot! Might find a new favorite!

I know that if you think someone is joining, and they aren't, you might be disappointed. But you do not put that shit on the people who are joining. You keep your discontent private, and out of the tags. I am not telling you how to feel. I am asking you to have a level of common decency. If you don't have something nice to say, you keep it away from where the Hermits can see.

Imagine getting invited onto the server - both a highly visible job and friend group all in one - and having fans of your friends act like they don't want you there. Hearing them say that 'someone else deserved it more' before you even have a chance. Or imagine you're one of the existing Hermits, and people who claim they support you are going on about 'disapproving' of your friends that you asked to join. Put very mildly, it's rude as hell, and discouraging as hell, and not the Hermitcraft way.

We can make them joining Hermitcraft the best decision of their lives. Or we can make it the worst. That's on us. Let's make it a good time for Hermitcraft Season 10.

The fact that @ssavaart is on tumblr now makes me very happy. Fundamentally, it’s not wild to think that an amazing artist would join a social media, but also it’s kinda insane that The Scott Christian Sava would join tumblr dot com of all things.

All this to say, I love Mr. Scott Sava with my whole entire heart and if anyone says a bad word about him I will personally steal their kneecaps.

And if Scott actually sees this, I have so much to say to you. I hope you’re having a wonderful day. Your videos always make me smile even when I’m struggling. It means so much to me that you’re so inclusive and understanding and supportive of everyone. As a closeted trans masc artist living with unsupportive family, I want to say thank you for all the love and encouragement you put out into the world. I love making art and you are such a huge inspiration for me.
