With online functionality coming to an end for Splatoon 1 this month, I felt it necessary to honor it's memory for the rest of the month by bringing the fan-favorite firefly squid from the past into the next game.

Best case scenario? Inner Agent 3 flashbacks online.

(Although I'm terrible at the shooters so it probably won't do that)

This is specifically young Cobalt because the modern-day captain doesn't really do Turf War anymore, it's just for fun and a way to send off Splat1 with a bang!

(Title may change depending on what the shell-out machine gives me)

"Ace is a boastful hotshot, but he's good at what he does, and him helping with Marina's project is helping him reconcile a bit with what happened to him before he came to Inkopolis. I guess bunking with him's helped a bit in getting over it, but he keeps fighting with Neo3 all the time for stuff both of them can't let go."

Takko what is the most stressful part of escaping the metro?

"Failing tests over and over is painful, sure. But, I could do as many as I wanted, as many tries as it took. That final climb... it wasn't a test. And what was waiting at the end was a figure that had become the Octarian equivalent of the Grim Reaper.... (I think that's what they call such a thing on the surface??)

But after everything I'd been through to get there, I wasn't going to give up because I was afraid! I was never made to fight, but I fought my way out anyway!"

"We started arguing after that so I stopped recording. Sure, the X-Rank Tentatek jerk comes off as some happy-go-lucky during games, but meet him back stage and he ain't as nice. Don't know how Takko stands the guy when he's staying over at the square. Might just be our clashing personalities, or you know, what he did to my Mentor, but we REALLY don't get along at all."
