as someone that watched it all, it's a bit confusing but i believe Tabitha said in the first ep that she needed to "untangle all the various timelines that got jumbled" by the comet but when she came back said that she was unable to and instead "wove them into a single timeline" and fortified it. not sure what that would mean for other universes like RiverVale but my understanding was that there was only one timeline in RiverDale now, not multiple ones with multiple endgames like she said in S6

rivervale should be woven into riverdale I assume.. except its this stuuupid 1960s version of their world. she saved them sure, but broke the timeline and took us back pre civil rights act like thanks girl! /j. archibald almost died in the war and for what?? to return to this america?? pfft
