I don't think there's any fanfic (Although if you're alright with any of them being the top, I believe there's a couple of Oujo->Yoi fics at AO3).

There used to be very few fanarts out there, but there's a couple of japanese fangirls that have been drawing them a lot, so you can find some really great ones! My favorite artist would absolutely be Negio ❤ She's without a doubt the queen~ She deleted her twitter account, but you can still find her at pixiv (ID=38267106). PLEASE definitely do check her blog too. The link is in her pixiv page. You'll find a true treasue in there. Her art is just AKJSDHJKASD— 😍😍💘💘💘🔥🔥🔥
