Wonder Woman's sword and shield were purchased from Amazon. The sword and shield were from Rubie's Costume Co. The sword is the God Killer Sword from the Wonder Woman Movie. The shield is also the one used in the Wonder Woman movie. The sword needed some cleaning up as there were seams and excess plastic from the the mass manufacturing process. I cut out areas with excess plastic with an exacto blade and sanded down the seams. Any holes, I patched with Kwik-seal. Then I used acrylic paints to clean up the gold and silver and then I used black paint to weather the details. I sealed the paint job with modge podge. The shield was too much of a green tint in the color, I used acrylic paint to correct the color. The paint job was sealed with modge podge. I also added straps to the shield so that I could wear it on my back, using left over fabric and faux leather and foam.
