- Millie, Dylan, Brooke and Sarah almost never tell anyone anything. Millie has a lot of pride that makes her feel wounded when she has to open up and ask others for help, Dylan trusts his (neurotic prey animal about to die from stress) instincts to guide him because he knows he can help himself and doesn’t like to put his trust in those who might let him down, Brooke has a similar pride issue to Millie and doesn’t like being helpless so she always does whatever she can to fix things instead of asking anyone for help, and Sarah always believes she is the problem.

- Brooke loves retro and vintage stuff, and it’s one thing that Millie admires abt her, but has never had the courage to say because she assumed Brooke would just roll her eyes and call her gross if Millie ever said anything about the first gen tamagotchi on her backpack, or the 1950s Strawberry Shortcake watch she wears, or her very obviously 1970s-80s hair clips, and how cool she thought they were.

- Conversely, Brooke assumed Millie hated her, so she never complimented her on her victorian-style mourning jewellery, or her 1980s-styled gothic outfits, or asked her where she got her hands on authentic Victorian era earrings, because she figured Millie would get pissed and brush her off as a bitchy prep.

- Brooke doesn’t have any pets, but she adores Annabel Lee, and manages to befriend her faster than Millie has ever seen anyone do, aside from Millie herself, who bonded with Annabel when she was a kitten.

- Maurice loves Millie and her friends all differently, and he never hesitates to tell each of them why. Millie because she’s a beauty and someone you can never miss, an enigmatic personality who’s happy with who she is; Dylan because he’s easy to get along with and would never hurt anyone, happy to make any situation something for everyone to find amusement in; Brooke because she is so full of love for herself and the ones she considers her true friends, and always wants to learn and teach; Sarah because even though she doesn’t see it, her beautiful personality makes her glow, in her unforgettable smile and bubbly laughter.

- Millie is so insistent on Maurice treating himself whenever he does things for her. Every time he does something for her that becomes her priority.

- Millie actually finds Sarah really hot. I am flipping this on its head solely because I’m a sucker for ships with one less conventionally attractive character being crushed on and fawned over like a traditionally hot character would be. - Actual romantic moments between the couples are rare. As genuine as he may be, every convo with Dylan goes off the rails in one batshit way or another, Millie is always sarcastic, it’s too easy to make Sarah laugh, and Brooke is always teasing Dylan for his bullshit.

- DID!Dylan is the headcanon of all time. Brooke is like “I don’t think anything is wrong with me but I don’t get why I just feel alone.
