Roadkill and solutions

Roadkill is a severe issue in the transportation industry. Crossing deer and other creatures on roadways can pose a life-threatening hazard. Green bridges were started to prevent this.

Wildlife bridges/Green bridges are bridges that are typically covered in various types of native plants. This is done to make them look like a natural part of the landscape and to encourage animal passage.

The video can show how effective are green bridges in avoiding human-animal conflict. But in any case we can not consider it an ultimate solution for roadkill, as animals like snakes, rodents, or large ones cann't use them properly so stopping the deforestation on the name of development should be a priority.

Ik we all joke about Johnny hating Curly’s guts, however, I’ve been thinking about Johnny, Ponyboy, and Curly as friends. Like they all go out to hang and Johnny can just listen to the other two talk. Or they go get into trouble but it was fun, the chaos and ruckus they caused was fun. Johnny was sixteen (16). He had so much he wanted to see, so much he wanted to do. His life was horrible, but he had people worth living for, now they don’t have him. Sixteen (16) and ran away with his friend, no questions asked, sixteen (16) and helped said friend save kids from a church fire. SIXTEEN (16) and in a hospital bed, unable to feel his lower half. It doesn’t hurt much, he says, but even if it doesn’t hurt physically, being stuck in that bed with machinery on you; you know you’re not going to be the same when you’re out, if you even make it out. Too young and had seen too much, but not what someone should’ve seen at his age. Sixteen (16) and he never got to the end of Gone with the Wind with Ponyboy. The last three (3) greasers— which were definitely more like family than blood had ever been— he saw were Dally, Ponyboy, and Two-Bit. When he died, there were two of those people by his side. Johnny didn’t really get to see anyone else in the gang before his death, didn’t get to smile and talk even when it seemed to pain him. Johnny saw his best friends; but maybe, maybe that was enough. He didn’t die by himself, he died beside the people he loved. Before the sunrise, Johnny died. Before the sunrise, Dally joined him

Cannot get over seeing screenshots from the movie where Darry looks like a parent

Cause on one hand: aww he’s Soda’s and Ponyboys daaadddddd :)))

And on the other: he was forced to grow up quicker to take care of and keep his younger brothers when their parents died. Any slip up and they’ll be taken from him (or at least, feeling like that’s the case). He is too stressed, working too hard and unable to truly act his own age. He loves his brothers, but his life is so so hard :((

Dizzy as hell but. Sports au. Like idk baseball, or basketball, or football, or tennis, or volleyball, or SOMETHING

Oh my god sports anime’s your characters. The socs are actually just another team and rumbles are games and any kind of tussles beforehand are like scrimmages/ mock games or whatever depending on the sport. I don’t know jack about sports but I am thinking.
