The Shadowbean and the Widobean took a trip to see the eclipse, but they regretted not asking one of their nature-inclined friends to help with the clouds.

The Widobean is adjusting to his new environment well, found some herbalist books and pamphlets to look over and cuddled with one of the giant cats that seem to be native.

The Widobean and Essekbean were introduced slowly over the course of several hours,

I wasn’t hoping for much, Essekbean has been a solitary Bean for most of his life and figured it would be days or weeks before I could expect anything more than neutral interactions between the two.

But rather than become territorial he instead quickly exhibited signs of resource sharing!

Yesterday, I went to go see @mightypieworkshop at a craft market to repair the Shadowbeans. Whilst doing repairs, the Shadowbeans encountered dragons and decided to make them their pets. The Widobeans are partial to the purple dragon as it remind them of their beloved.

The beans have received a wonderful gift- a bookshelf! And it has so many books on it!

Shadowbean and Widobean have already placed their journals and dodecahedrons on it and are overjoyed at the thought of reading the books!

(note from Scarlet: the bookshelf is a 3d printed masterpiece from Molly Hoffman, aka NatureGoblin; the "books" actually hold switch game cartridges)

Fifteen felted Beans headed to new homes in four countries 😭 I am forever amazed and grateful that folks like my silly creations! 🥰🥰

I am not sure when my next restock will be; I want to devote some time to shoring up convention inventory before my fall shows! As always, restocks will be announced on my socials ahead of time. I do have some prints and Shadowbean/Widobean stickers that should hit the shop in the next few days! For now, though, I’m gonna go sleep…
