Time for: Confessions of a Bad Dororo Fan! Who also has quite a terrible sense of humor! Because as dark as that episode got, the immediate reaction I had to Tahomaru opening that eye was: Eyeball Boss. And yes, I did end up playing way too much Zelda after watching that.

Like, yeah. He frickin’ turned into an eyeball boss. I’ve been playing Legend of Zelda for too many years not to think that. As well as being a bit of a blood knight, since most of the games I’ve played are because there was a boss I wanted to fight. The sole exception being Link’s Awakening, which I played because it’s technically a sequel to A Link to the Past.

Seriously, though. Taho’s an Eyeball Boss, Hyogo and Mutsu are getting their Dead Hand Cosplay on, Hyakki’s trying real hard to do an impression of Phantom Ganon mixed with Nago the boar god on a horse, and I’m really hoping Jukai carries aglaophotis with him ‘cause otherwise we’re getting a little what the heck, Mappa? moreso than we already are.

......in hindsight, I suppose I should have added a “Clank!” effect to the swords hitting, but in my defense, this is my first time using text in one of these things in like seven years.

And I apparently gave Hyakkimaru Ghibli hair for some reason, or at least attempted to.
