#TBH /i/ honestly dont even a give a shit abt their romance lm fao #idk why im even fucking watching this like i dont even care about any of the characters #mercutio was my fave because he was probably the most interesting #and idk if thats because i didnt know wat was going on or if he was actually written that way lmfao #the best thing abt this anime was the storyline about juliet overthrowing montague and bringing peace back to the city #whether or not she actually re-established capulet rule along the way #and the whole romance shouldve just supplemented that storyline in adding additional tension because she needed to that. but fell in love #with the enemy along the way #it shouldve merely made that storyline more interesting #and honestly it did #BUT THEN suddenly they add the escalus storyline out of nowhere like whom? #brot watches romeo x juliet
