#smudgy.png #gargoyles #asghfsdg ok so it was an idea for a spinoff series #where a family of gargoyles basically magically bound themselves to a sword that would be #wielded by this guy they were friends with #basically as an agreement that they would protect eachother (plus the guy's village) #i dont remember the full story but it was an agreement made out of desperation #both the gargoyles & the village were under threat by some great force #anyway one aspect of the magical binding is that #if whoever is wielding the sword dies/the sword gets lost the gargoyles will turn to stone #until the sword is found/gets a new owner #the gargoyles are not aware of this part of the spell #anyway the guy dies & the sword is lost LOL #BUT centuries later in the modern world a girl finds it #& the gargoyles wake up #& she agrees to look after them until they find out wtf is happening #ALSO it turns out whatever great force was threatening them before #had somehow bound itself to the sword too #bc it REALLY wants that sword #so whatever that force is (i never decided who the villain would be lmao) #also fell into a deep slumber #& is ALSO awake now #anyway thats all i can remember LOL
