North Canterbury Pony Club Champs! 🙌

I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS LITTLE PONY Y’ALL. Very first year that North Canterbury has allowed adults to compete in Champs and our very own little club managed to pull together two very excited (if a little disorganised 😅) adult teams! 🙌🎉

Totally blown away with Gem, started the day fizzy and mind-blown but still listened 100% (even if it was delayed at times!) and really gave it her all! Tried her little heart out in the quadrille dressage and jumping, games were a little bit too exciting for us with so many horses around, but after a false start on my behalf she absolutely smoked the Gamblers Stakes and went clear!! She makes 40-65cm look easy but I was wetting myself the whole way round and she never said no 🙈😂

Came home with 1st place for turnout (thanks super groom Mummy Dearest 😉), 2nd for both quadrilles, 2nd for games, and 2nd for Gamblers for a very successful day out!! ❤️

Now to do it all again in 2 weeks time at Pegasus Cup 😅😂
