ContraPoints on twitter saying that it’s “hard to come to terms with your sexuality and identity with thousands of people yelling ‘mommy milfy’ at you” only for every reply to be people chanting “mommy? sorry. mommy? sorry.” is just another in a long line of creators/influencers talking about their discomfort with the trend and it is SO fucking rage inducing and hellish it makes me want to cry. Calling strangers - and YES, all content creators are STRANGERS to you - “mommy” or “daddy” is inappropriate at best and sexual harassment at worst. Stop it. Those are sexual terms.

So much new Cecil lore and I am lowkey losing my mind.

Cecil linked to the Smiling God

It’s implied his father’s death was linked to the Smiling God as his mother leaves flowers at the base of the Smiling God Tree.

This is also really interesting because the Jewish custom is to leave stones on graves and not flowers, so... make of that what you will

It’s EXTREMELY telling that this tree is depicted as either the site where Cecil’s dad died (or... pseudo-died... whatever happened to him), or as a memorial to him, or a place of worship, and then Cecil’s mom told him the bedtime story that he recounts in 132 where a boy turns into a tree. just food for thought.
