Food Photography 2: Pinoyfest Santacruzan 2022 - Huling Bahagi (Last Part) Finally, these are the last pics that I’m going to post. Happened last month, the event of Pinoyfest Santacruzan went out successful, although I didn’t witness the last part of the event. Too bad, that day is not my day off, and I was there for few hours (including the time when I was in my lunch break), and at the same time I’m in the low budget mode. Anyway, thanks to those food stall owners and workers for letting me to take you a photo, and sorry that I didn’t taste it all, but it was so fun with the tummies full. Food Photography 2: Pinoyfest Santacruzan 2022 - Panimula (Introduction) Happened a month ago, and the event was commenced few days before summer and located along Amar Road (West Covina Center). The first part of the event was the food stalls lined up along the parking lot and many foods and other small boutiques to choose from. And the last part of the event (which was I’ve missed), was the Santacruzan, a part of the festival where there’s a pageant parade of women wearing their elegant baro’t saya or woven formal skirt and dress with embroideries, collar, and cuffs; and men wearing their barong tagalog, or embroidered long-sleeved formal shirt; both two are our own national dresses, arches, and floats. Since I’ve missed the second part, food stalls are featured right there in the event, and uplifts the pride and nationalism spirit even living here in the US. Us Filipinos used to be in the gatherings, striking conversations and making connections, and eating together. This is the beginning part of this post, and I hope you like it, and support the small businesses like those on those pics.
