I recently reread the first series of warrior cats (for some reason) and no one talks about the fact that a) Tawnypaw leaves thunderclan because one cat (Smallear) is being a dick to her while most people are encouraging and positive towards her and b) she leaves to join shadowclan WHILE it is tigerclan and IMMEDIATELY after stonefur is publicly executed. And she stays there

In the first, Firestar and Graystripe are encouraging a young Tawnypaw. Firestar says "You're doing great, Tawnypaw!" and Graystripe says "We believe in you, Tawnypaw!" while Tawnypaw walks past them with a very annoyed expression, thinking "ugh, this Clan sucks, no one fucking appreciates me."

In the second, Tawnypaw is gazing down at the TigerClan camp. Various elements of the camp are labeled, those being the large pile of bloody prey bones labeled "pile of bones," bloodstained prey scraps labeled "rotting food scraps," and Stonefur's dead body in the middle of the clearing labeled "Literal corpse of a guy they just murdered." Tawnypaw is looking at all this and thinking "Now this is way better (completely unironically)." End ID]
