They have now clearly stated they want to ban trans health care for everyone, at every age. Their stated plan is to go after it incrementally, so people won't be as likely to resist. We have to stop them - vote these people out of office. We have to vote against Republicans/conservatives like our lives depend on it - because they do. They're coming for us, all of us. They've said it out loud and publicly.

Once again they voted against one of their own bills to prevent the appearance of a Dem president getting legislation passed. The southern border can’t be that important to them if they’re willing to wait for a possible future Republican president.

As a rule of thumb, if you need a syntax tree to make the intent of a proposed law unambiguous, you should vote against it

pro tip for my american followers thinking about the fuckery next year will bring, i offer u one strategic move in your repertoire, that u may not know about:
some states have open presidential primaries. that means you can vote in the republican primary even if you're registered as a democrat. when you show up to your polling place, they will simply ask you which ballot u want:
Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin
~*~you are totally allowed to vote for a republican that is not trump in the republican primary just to get him off the ballot~*~ -- **even if you wouldn't be caught dead voting for that same person in the general election**.
you can only vote in one primary, so if the democratic primary heats up and you want to vote in that one, then by all means go ahead, you can literally change your mind as you wait in line to vote if you want. but if not, STILL SHOW UP TO VOTE AND TAKE THE REPUBLICAN BALLOT (if you're in an open state)
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SIT AROUND AND WATCH THE REPUBLICANS PUT TRUMP ON THE GENERAL BALLOT AGAIN! VOTE HIS ASS OFF THE ISLAND
**this doesn't mean you endorse a republican candidate in any way. it just means you recognize that trump poses a unique threat. **
ALSO some states have open presidential primaries for unaffiliated voters. meaning if you're registered unaffiliated you can vote in either primary (but if you're registered with a party u can only vote in that party's primary):
Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Wyoming

If that list of the Putin Caucus members is too small to see, here's a link to the official vote tally by the Clerk of the US House.
The AYE votes for the Gaetz Amendment are mostly from Republicans in deep red districts. But there are a few exceptions like Lauren "Beetlejuice" Boebert who won by less than 550 votes last year and may be vulnerable in 2024.
Ukrainians have values similar to those of Americans. By attempting to sabotage Ukraine, the House Putin Caucus is demonstrating how anti-American it is.
ON A SIDE NOTE: To give you some idea of the sort of people the House Putin Caucus is supporting, check out this video. It's from YouTube user @RFU who posts daily reports on the war. This is for Day 571 (Sunday).
In the east of Ukraine, Russian troops attempted to surrender to Ukraine. But Russian forces further back opened fire on the surrendering Russians rather than on the Ukrainian troops. It was not an accident. Essentially, Russians are committing war crimes against their own soldiers.

Nearly 30% of Gen Z adults identify as LGBTQ, national survey finds
I feel like this is very hopeful; towards the end of the article it says:
"Gen Z adults, along with millennials, were also more likely to identify as LGBTQ than Republican, the survey found."
And:
'“Whether it’s at the polls, in marches and rallies, or online, LGBTQ+ visibility matters and Gen Z is a force for change,” Kelley Robinson, the president of the Human Rights Campaign, the country’s largest LGBTQ advocacy group, said in a statement. “Thousands of LGBTQ+ young people turn 18 each day — and lawmakers should understand there will be repercussions in November for anti-LGBTQ+ political attacks.”'
Please vote! Our numbers are increasing, but that only makes a difference in elections if we queer people go and vote against the politicians who are against us. We gotta vote like our lives depend on it - because they do.

Hey mr badguy have you seen the ohioan republican senator in your bedroom anti-gop ad? musk tried to strike from twitter. here’s to getting better representatives next election
SEX NOISES WARNING 👇
youtube
What in the goddamn lol At least it's effective at being memorable? No surprise Muskrat wanted it blasted off Twitter though. A little too close to home for that creep, I'd bet.
Context for non-Ohioans: On August 8th we're having a vote on something called Issue 1 which would change the voter majority on amendments to the Ohio constitution from 50% to 60% (!!!). This is something conservatives want to see pass because in November there's going to be a vote on the bill to codify legal abortion into the Ohio constitution. Ohio's split almost 50/50 on abortion rights, meaning if Issue 1 passes and raises the voter majority then there's no way legal abortion will get amended into our constitution.
Steve Chabot, the skeevy republican in the video here, lost his reelection to a democrat. Chabot was pro-Trump.
