My ocs all grown up! (NRC ocs edition)

𝟏. 𝐒𝐥𝐲𝐯𝐚𝐧

Character development: He's become more outgoing now, but for the most part, his personality hasn't changed much.

Job: He mainly works as a gem appraiser, but also has a side gig where he brews potions and herbal medicines. (Basically he majored in gemology and minored in pharmacy.) He carries his amicable and diplomatic demeanor everywhere he goes, making him a beloved coworker as he is very pleasant to work with.

Address: He lives in his own little cottage in the Land of Pyroxene just by the outskirts of a rich city (potential market). He's got his own garden of herbs and vegetables in his front yard too. He makes sure to visit his home town every few months though!

𝟐. 𝐈𝐫𝐢𝐬

Character development: She still acts like she does now, just with a lot more brilliance and confidence. She believes she truly is free to pursue her own dreams now, lifting a heavy weight off of her shoulders and allowing her to express herself more genuinely.

Job: She successfully achieved her dream to become a fashion designer! Her launch into the fashion world was a smashing success! Thanks to the famous actor and model Vil Schoenheit wearing her debut piece "angel's wings" for the famous Spring Gala in the Rose Kingdom. She hasn't stopped serving stylish pieces ever since.

Address: She's always travelling due to her job, so she doesn't really have a set house to live in? She'll rent someone else's apartment or house before moving on to another country after a few months.

𝟑. 𝐕𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐭

Character development: She's less strict and imposing towards others now, though she still maintains lots of self-discipline. She's also more cheerful now due to the freedom of being able to travel about and learn new things. She's obviously a lot happier.

Job: Once she finally resolved things with her mom, she could admit to herself that she wanted to travel, to learn more of the surface world. So here she is now as a tour guide! She has had no problem doing museum, nature, and city tours in numerous countries and she's not stopping anytime soon. Researching information about the places she's been assigned to tour is no problem for her too, as every bit of info she learns is refreshing and fascinating to her.

Address: Like Iris, she's always travelling due to her job, so she usually rents someone else's apartment. If she ends up in the same city as Iris somehow, she'll try her best to move in with her sister. They won't be able to stay together for long with how often they're travelling, but she treasures those fleeting moments when she can.

𝟒. 𝐖𝐲𝐧

(Wyn dressed up for a ball as the heir to a noble family, and Wyn dressed up for a more laid back role as an actor. I thought they both looked good so here they are.)

Character development: He's more mature and capable of handling problems on his own now. The tragedy of growing up as a rich boy has taken a toll on him, despite his loved ones' efforts to shelter him from the cruel world, and he now makes sure to be more careful with who he trusts. Still, he carries an optimistic attitude with him wherever he goes. He can't change the past, so he'll focus on crafting a bright and colourful future for himself instead!

Job: He has his responsibilities as the heir to his noble family, of course. But his father is still in good health, so he's allowed to pursue acting as a (temporary) career. Dressing up, putting himself into the shoes of the character he's playing, working with other wonderful people... He's having the time of his life with acting.

Address: He continues to live in his family mansion in the Rose Kingdom for the most part, and isn't planning on leaving anytime soon. There are times when he has to stay in another country for a filming project, but only until the filming process is finished.

𝟓. 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐚

Character development: Still the same old Mahira, teasing and enigmatic. He'll probably never change.

Job: He originally had an interest to become a spy, then decided that the consequences were too bothersome in the long term. So he chose to become Wyn's bodyguard instead. Wyn is the heir to a noble family and a moderately famous celebrity, he could use a trusted bodyguard to protect him. (Wyn protested at first, but agreed upon realizing Mahira was dead set on this.)

Address: As Wyn decided to stay put with his family in the Rose Kingdom, Mahira continues to stay in his own family estate as well. He follows Wyn wherever he goes, and that includes staying in another country for a few months during a filming project.

𝟔. 𝐙𝐨𝐲𝐚

Character development: She hasn't changed one bit.

Job: She's a famous Spelldrive player now~! She doesn't mind the daily training, and has lots of fun while facing down opponents in each match. Her army of fans can get too overwhelming sometimes though, and she's constantly looking for ways to hide from them. She does scheduled meet and greets for a reason!

Address: She goes back to her village whenever she gets a break long enough to actually go back home. Her childhood room remains untouched in her mom's house, saved just for her. The village kids have grown up now but still love to play sports with her. She'll even give them some tips and tricks for Spelldrive if she's in a good mood.

𝟕. 𝐗𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐧

Character development: It's hard to tell if he really has grown as a person or not. He's learned some lessons from his time at NRC, but his habits and view on life doesn't seem to have shifted a lot. He does have a more positive outlook for his future now though, so that must count for something. He looks forward to his next journey.

Job: He takes up on odd jobs here and there, wherever he may find himself. Being a server at a tiny tea shop, setting up a stall at a festival to give people tarot readings. All temporary of course. He doesn't stay for too long. 1-3 years at most.

Address: He travels often simply because he wants to, moving from country to country every few months. He wishes to travel the world before he leaves it, so that's exactly what he'll do.

If either of your OCs have bioluminescent bits (in human or merfolk form), I can already see them communicating just by flickering and flashing their lights in patterns of varying speeds. That would be fun didbfjksk

My ocs as milgram songs!

I'm doing this based on backstory and which one of my oc(s) would kin the milgram character, so whoever gets assigned to these sad songs...Rip.

Weakness: Aurora

The words I tried to say was “You’re unfair” And those words thought how pitiful I am

As told before in my Aurora analysis, they long for a love that only children receive. That is to say, they want to be protected and pampered (simply for existing?). The same goes for Haruka, who desperately wants to be loved and seems to be still stuck in a childish sort of mindset, and this sentiment shines through strongly in this song. I want to be a pitied and loved weakling. Children are "weak", and yet they are often treated with such love and care. Since that is so, Aurora never wants to grow up.

Another thing is, Haruka seems to have had this sort of sibling rivalry with his sister, where his mother would pay more if not all of her attention to his sister instead (as hinted in all knowing and all agony). Aurora feels this way towards their own sister, Alanna, who is the youngest and more ambitious to excel. Though not to such a serious degree as Haruka of course.

Umbilical: Gaius

A song most likely about abortion? *Ignores my female ocs and slaps the song onto this guy like a sticker*

All jokes aside, Gaius is the one most likely to tweak his personality in order to appeal to someone he likes out of all my ocs. He's also secretly really lonely, and that's why he's the most sociable out of the seven brothers. He'd probably be the first one to have a crush on someone and get into a relationship out of the seven of them.

Bring it on: Violet

All evil hypocrites should disappear I won’t stop until you say “sorry”

None of my ocs would go on a manhunt on social media and bully someone until they cancel their life subscription, so I just chose my most morally outspoken oc for this song. Even she's not that aggressive, damn. Fuuta needs to chill.

After pain: Xenon

I don’t want tomorrow to come I want to forget yesterday

I don't think I've ever revealed Xenon's backstory before, but at the rate my creative writing juices are filling up, I don't think I'll be able to write something more serious for him anytime soon. So here it is!

His family used to be happy, attending the annual moon festival together and all. But somewhere along the line, his parents started to drift apart and argue a lot more. The divorce was messy, fireballs were thrown. Of course, any child would feel miserable throughout this entire process. Xenon felt like it was his fault somehow, as if he was a burden to his parents because both of them didn't seem eager to take custody of him.

Throw down: Emile

“Throw down” emotions with no color I wonder if I can die with it still left

To be honest, this might be the hardest milgram song to decipher. The lyrics and even the music video are so vague, no one really knows what Shidou did. But if I were to throw all of my ocs at this song, Emile would probably stick best.

He's going to do something that he thinks is terribly wrong, and feel incredibly guilty for it. But the damage has been done. Let's see if I ever get the motivation to write it out.

Out of all my ocs, he's the one most likely to become almost obsessive in a relationship. Anxious attachment style let's go.

Half: Violet

The curse of reuniting with you puts a dagger in my heart I imagined that you saying "See you" is the same as "It's over” Only if your heart would change but that’s not possible Please tell me what I should do, feelings shrouded in lies will float away and disappear

Magic: Violet

But it’s not scary at all, because it’s love I can actually think of it as a good thing, see isn’t it a great thing?

Oh my goodness, Violet is on a roll in this post. All I can say is that her mother was very overbearing and overprotective towards her and Iris. And while Iris often rebelled, Violet was the one that obeyed. Even she gets curious and wants to explore sometimes, but she doesn't want to be scolded! She doesn't want to be a bad girl!

MeMe: Elio

Ahhh, it’s the same anywhere I go It’s like what’s wrong isn’t wrong

He was bullied physically quite a bit as a kid, and Duran often had to step in and fight off the bullies. (It took Duran a while to learn how to fight though, so before that, Fleda would take on most of the beatings. I already have an idea for a scenario to convey this.)

That's what motivated Elio to learn how to fight on his own, and that's why he's so aggressive now. He only fights people he deems deserving of a throw down, and doesn't think it's fair that he's punished along with whoever he fought with afterwards. He especially doesn't like how Luka scolds him without asking for the full picture after hearing about the incident.

Harrow: Elio

All knowing and all agony: Aurora and Emile actually

You were always comparing me to someone else You were always generous, except towards me

Aurora feels as if their mom is always comparing to someone else. Even if their mom mentions a family member being an honor's student, or accomplishing a great feat in sports, it already sours Aurora's mood. It's hard being the eldest child, eh?

Mommy, look, I’ve done great “There there, my good boy!”

Emile just wants to be a good boy for his mom. :( I will not elaborate.

Tear drop: Iris

Hm...Out of all my ocs, I think Iris would be most eager to...you know, do the hanky panky? I don't have a lot of ocs that are of age either, so. She's probably also most likely the one to hate other's moral expectations of her. What she does is her own business after all.

Tsum Tsum

Aurora Puerstella

Aurora Tsum can often be seen bouncing around with Floyd Tsum, gleefully causing trouble wherever they go. While Floyd Tsum squeezes some poor unfortunate soul, Aurora Tsum jumps on their head and messes up their hair.

No one is able to calm down Aurora Tsum once it's gotten into a mischievous mood, so it seems. Miraculously, Trey was able to keep it in his arms with a few gentle words and touches. Every other dorm (except Diasomnia) was begging him to take care of Aurora Tsum after that. But Riddle ordered him to stay in Heartslabyul to help take care of Riddle Tsum (and deal with Aurora Tsum when it comes). So what's a guy to do?

Aurora Tsum likes to hide in big sleeves, and quickly took a liking to Vil's dorm uniform. He managed to strike a deal with it, where he would allow it to hide in his sleeves whenever it wanted as long as it didn't cause trouble in Pomefiore anymore. What a good dorm leader, managing to spare his dorm from further damage.

Regular Aurora didn't bat an eye to all the chaos their tsum was causing, so everyone gave up on asking them to take care of their tsum early on. At the end of the day, Aurora Tsum would find itself bouncing into Regular Aurora's bed, snuggling up to their head and recharging to prepare for tomorrow's chaos.

Violet Delmor

Violet Tsum likes to follow Riddle around, watching as he goes about his day as the dorm leader of Heartslabyul. It is very well behaved, making sure it isn't in the way of his work and helping out where it can. When Riddle joked that he would rather take care of Violet Tsum instead of his own, Riddle Tsum threw a fit.

When Violet Tsum isn't following Riddle around, it's trailing after Pip as she does her duties. It bounces on her head when she's doing something wrong, and nudges tools towards her (if the tool isn't too heavy) to help. If Pip picks it up and hugs it like a plushy, it goes completely still, as if holding it's breath.

Violet Tsum can also sometimes be seen bouncing away from Vance or purposefully headbutting Joules. Regular Violet doesn't get along well with them, so no one was very surprised at that.

No matter who it's with at the moment, Violet Tsum will drop everything and bound toward Iris the moment it sees her. It likes to nuzzle her face and rest on her shoulders, eyes closed happily all the while. Regular Violet was mortified at first and tried to pry the tsum off Iris, but relented and left them alone eventually after a few shoos from her amused sister.

Xenon Ambrose

Xenom Tsum has no mouth and therefore cannot talk, further enhancing it's mysteriousness! Whatever could it be thinking about behind those pensive eyes. Who knows~?

Xenon Tsum can usually be seen people watching (sometimes with Regular Xenon). Its not stalking anyone, just watching people go about their day from it's little corner of the room. People don't like being watched though, so poor Xenon Tsum finds the room clearing out just as it was starting to get comfortable.

When it isn't people watching, it's still watching certain people do their own thing. Mistral, when she's trimming Heartslabyul's prided rose bushes. Or Phoebus, preparing for another doomsday event. Or Rozalie, pouring over his experiments.

Xenon Tsum gets along quite well with Ace surprisingly! It took interest in his card tricks, and bounced around for a bit until Ace realized that it wanted to help out. It would insist on bringing him his cards, but only bring tarot cards, so that was a cause of confusion (Ace adjusted eventually).

Hnggg imagine Xenon Tsum making Ace do tarot readings for it. Ace does the 'is this your card?' magic trick on someone, and boom, it's a tarot card. That's the reading.

Violet was just making her way towards the library when she heard a familiar, chipper, irritating voice call for her. She stopped to take a deep breath, not wanting to lose her temper so soon.

Vance is one of the most insufferable first years she has the displeasure of knowing in Heartslabyul, always breaking rules and getting into trouble.

And now he wants her to help him hide his mistake???

She crosses her arms and turns around to face Vance, just in time to see him faceplant onto the ground. Her annoyance is temporarily forgotten as her mind switches to worry instead.

"Are you alright?!" She yelps, rushing over to help him up. He may be a terrible rule-breaker, but he still deserves to be helped up!

"Oh well, if I did injure myself, maybe Riddle-senpai will go easy on me this time.."

Scratch that, Vance deserved to trip and fall. She rolls her eyes and lets go of him once he's steady on his feet, but she doesn't miss the way he winces a little when he puts too much weight on his left foot.

"You already know my answer. I won't help you hide from Dorm Leader Riddle, that would only make things more inconvenient for everyone." She sighs, tucking a lock of hair behind her ear. "Just come up and confess before someone discovers your mistake. I'm sure he would understand if you told him that it was an accident."

I decided to put everyone's MBTI and enneagram types in their profiles, and compile their attachment styles in this post.

Secure Attachment: The healthiest variation. This person is typically confident in both form and maintaining relationship, secure in the expectation that their needs will be met when they need it. They are more likely to be emotionally open with partners and friends, as well as better about reading the emotions of the people around them.

Anxious Attachment: Believed to stem from not enough attention as a child, people with anxious attachment tend to be fearful that the people they love will abandon them. They may require more consistent reassurance and affirmation, and may hover more obsessively around the people they relate to.

Avoidant Attachment: Also likely stemming from needs not being met in childhood, Avoidant Attachment tends to manifest with a lot of emotional distance. Aurora: Chaotic neutral (Do I even need to explain? My problem child does as they please and their wants change constantly.)

Slyvan: Lawful good (Sweet goat boy wants everyone to be live in peace and comfort and will try his best to make that happen!)

Iris: Somewhere between lawful neutral and true neutral. (She cares for her friends, and will certainly help them if she doesn't lose anything from it. Anyone else though...What's in it for her?)

Violet: Her alignment is spread throughout all of the three goods, but is ultimately chaotic good most of all. (She's doing her best, but man, her good intentions don't always lead to good results.)

Wyn: Lawful good (Pure of heart, what can I say?)

Mahira: True neutral, with the potential for lawful evil. (Save for the few people he cares for, everyone else will have to negotiate with him for something.)

Zoya: Chaotic neutral (She just wants to have fun!)

Xenon: Lawful neutral (He has a personal code. I cannot elaborate.)

Irene: Somewhere between lawful good and neutral good, leaning more towards lawful. (She's selfless alright, but knows to put her needs first before everyone else.)

Mia: Chaotic good (She generally tries to follow the rules. But rules quickly become guidelines instead when someone needs help.)

Chandani: Again, somewhere between lawful good and neutral good. (She tries her best to help, but also believes some things must be dealt with by oneself.)

Xue Mei: True neutral (She just minds her business and nothing else.)

Emile: Lawful evil, but acts like true good. (No, I will not elaborate.)

🧸 How good are they with kids?

Violet: PLEASE- She's trying so hard but its so difficult for her!! Children are messy and loud and act very stupid most of the time. She is this close to tearing her hair out after only two hours of babysitting. Somebody help her.

Wyn: He's the best person to go to when you want to keep a child occupied for a while! He's more than happy to play with them, ideas for games and stories already whirling in his head the moment he sees their cute little face! He's normally rather chaotic and prone to accidents, but he takes his babysitting duty very seriously.

Xenon: If he was forced to babysit a child (above 4 years old for a day), he'd do surprisingly well! He'd follow them everywhere to make sure they don't accidentally get themselves hurt, get them to eat their veggies with the alluring promise of ice cream, and answer any and all questions they have to the best of his ability. Even better if the child is a curious little soul!

🏠 Would they be a good roommate?

Chandani: Out of all of my ocs, I think Chandani would make the best roommate. XD She's pretty chill for the most part, keeps things tidy but isn't too nitpicky, and will bake you cakes once in a while!

Emile: Is he really your roommate, or does he just pop in every night to sleep in one of the beds? Because really, he hardly comes into his room at all if he has to share with someone. Wonder where he goes to during most of the day...

Unlock Card Its an honor to celebrate with everyone in Heartslabyul. Dorm leader Riddle is smiling so widely as well, even though it isn't his birthday.

The positive attention was fine at first, but I find that too much on me at a time can be quite overwhelming...

Groovy I hope you enjoyed today's celebration. It is only fair that you are repaid for the joy you've brought me today, after all.

Home setting As far as outfits go, this is the stiffest one I've ever worn yet. I don't hate it though.

Home transitions I feel kind of bad for Vice dorm leader Trey. He baked a three-tier cake for my birthday, and he still has next month's Unbirthday party to worry about. But he insisted, so I trust that he can handle it.

My roommates woke me up with a celebratory splash of water to the face this morning. Their effort to get out of bed earlier than me was the only thing I appreciated about that prank.

The kind fairy strikes again!* I found a package with my name written on it in my bag after lunch, and inside was a nice denim skirt embraided with seashells.

Home transition (login) Who would've known that my birthday could gather so many people together to celebrate happily? Seeing all this...makes me feel really grateful for some reason.

Jade decorated a tiny aquarium for me as a gift. Though I've never had pets before, I'm thinking of buying a fish or two to take care of.

My mother gave me a call just before the party started. It warms my heart to know that she is thinking of me.

Ace finally returned the pen I lent him a month ago. I was hoping for an actual gift, but I suppose I expected too much.

Violet Delmor Birthday Star Personal Story: Part Three

― Do you have any hobbies?

Violet: I make sure to be productive whenever I can, so there's hardly no need for me to have a hobby just for the sake of passing the time.

Violet: But back in the sea where I would swim about aimlessly, there was plenty of time to pass. There isn't much to do there, secluded from most of merfolk society. No one wants to live in a cold, dark place with no food after all.

Violet: My mother taught me and Iris what she could, but she was no scholar. The rest of the day I would spend mostly hunting or sleeping.

Violet: We have plenty of shells lying around though! And bones, but shells are prettier and easier to pierce through.

Violet: One day I decided to try and make some jewelry with the shells, based on the necklaces lost in shipwrecks I would see on the seafloor. I poked a hole in them and slipped them through a thin string of kelp. And it worked (for the most part)!

Violet: From then on, I've been making seashell necklaces whenever I'm bored to pass the time.

― Tell us about your classmates.

Violet: Most of them are chaotic, undisciplined and wimpy quite honestly. I can hardly stand them.

Violet: But student no. 33, Sebek Zigvolt shows actual dedication and passion in everything that he does. Whether it be studying, training or even eating, he does it all with gusto. I can respect him for that, though I don't quite agree with his view on humans.

― You complain about your classmates being chaotic, but don't you hang out with Pip a lot?

Violet: Ngh-!

Violet: ...Ahem, Pip is an exception. She's not chaotic, she's clumsy. Some people cause trouble on purpose. And unfortunately, I seem to know a lot of troublemakers.

Violet: She isn't wimpy either! She knows her weaknesses, and works hard to improve on them. She gives it her all in everything that she decides to do. Even when she doesn't get the results she wants, she works hard to get it next time.

Violet: That takes determination!! A quality like that alone already puts her leagues above our other classmates.
