the thing about Jace getting cc'ed on everything Ruben does is... why?

if he was actually unable to be swayed or shift from the plan at all while under the influence of Ankarna, why does Jace have to get cc'ed?

why that level of oversight? is it because of his low intelligence score there's literally nothing in his characterization to explain this. he isn't a doofus at all.

but really, why isn't Ruben trusted to do the less question-raising, obviously controlling thing of just... forwarding everything to Jace after he receives it?

the only possible thing i can think of that jace's open involvement adds otherwise is that it gives specifically Lola someone to get frustrated at instead of Ruben. (Ruben's not a diva making highhanded demands, it's that damned Jace.)

but idk seems like a lot of trouble for that, when Ruben seems like he'd actually revel in going "at the thistlespring tree ONLY , and have a bowl of m&ms in my changing room but no red ones"

Thoughts on his gemini venus & virgo mars?

Leo men have puppy energy and sometimes I look at Rúben and I’m like “he’s such a cute puppy” so I totally get it 😩 I got a message earlier and there I talked a bit about it, if you want to see it.

I’ve seen that Gemini Venus has kind of a bad rep ?? (as everything involving Gemini, I guess 😟). But I actually like it, Rúben’s chart is very fixed so having this different energy is good for him and for balance in his chart. Even though we don’t get to see much of it, I’d expect of him to be friendly, fun and flirty (those insta stories are definitely his Gemini Venus acting up 😃). Combined with his Taurus Sun, he seems to me like the type of guy you trust your drink and your bag at a night out. A gentleman 💘

Gemini Venus people want a partner that’s interesting and with a good humour, and when it comes to dating, I think the aspects to Rúben’s Venus could bring him some trouble. Venus is in trine with Uranus and Neptune, and opposite Pluto. He wants a deep connection with someone and he’s probably searching for it and dreams of that someone, and it’s difficult with these placements. He could think highly of someone and then be very dissapointed when they aren’t what he dreamed of or expected (Venus trine Uranus/Neptune) or feeling like there’s no one out there for him and spend a lot of time just yearning for that someone (Venus opposite/square Pluto). I hope this isn’t the case and he has a fun and healthy love life 🥹

As to his Virgo Mars, I’d say it’s one of the placements that show the most because of his work and it’s mostly what we see about him. He’s realistic and has very clear goals, he can see the big picture and the details, he listens and helps everyone around him. From the Sun trine Mars, he gets energy, competitiveness and the winner mentality. It is why his colleagues say they want to be and do better because of him, that they love working with him.
