अन‍िल कपूर ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी से मुलाकात की. उन्होंने दिल्ली में हुई मुलाकात की तस्वीर भी सोशल मीडिया पर शेयर की. तस्वीर के साथ उन्होंने लिखा- “आज मुझे सम्मानीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी से मुलाकात का मौका मिला. इस बातचीत से मैं काफी प्रेरित हुआ. उनका विजन और करिश्मा प्रभावित करता है. मैं उनका आभारी हूं कि मुझे इस मुलाकात का अवसर दिया.”

बता दें कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने हाल ही में यंग बॉलीवुड स्टार्स से भी दिल्ली मुलाकात की. इस मुलाकात में सिनेमा के जरिए देश को आगे बढ़ाने के विषय में बातचीत हुई. इस दौरान रणवीर सिंह, रणबीर कपूर, आलिया भट्ट, विकी कौशल, एकता कपूर, करण जौहर, आयुष्मान खुराना, वरुण धवन, भूमि पेडनेकर और राजकुमार शामिल थे. प्रधानमंत्री मोदी से अनिल कपूर क्यों मिले, इस बात का कुछ खुलासा नहीं हो पाया है.

वैसे प्रधानमंत्री पिछले ��ुछ दिनों के अंदर कई बार बॉलीवुड एक्टर्स, प्रोड्यूसर्स और उनके प्रतिनिधिमंडल से मिल चुके हैं. इससे पहले बॉलीवुड का एक और डेलिगेशन प्रधानमंत्री से मिलने दिल्ली पहुंचा था.

आने वाली है अनिल की फिल्म

अन‍िल कपूर इस समय अपनी फिल्म ‘एक लड़की को देखा तो ऐसा लगा’ के कारण चर्चा में है. इस फिल्म में पहली बार अनिल, बेटी सोनम कपूर के साथ काम कर रहे हैं. दोनों फिल्म में भी पिता बेटी के किरदार में ही हैं. हाल ही में फिल्म का दूसरा गाना ‘गुड़ नाल इश्क मीठा’ रिलीज हुआ है. गाने को काफी पसंद किया जा रहा है. फिल्म के ट्रेलर और गानों में पिता बेटी की केमिस्ट्री बेहद शानदार है.

एक लड़की को देखा तो ऐसा लगा में राजकुमार राव और जूही चावला भी अहम रोल में हैं. फिल्म को शेली चोपड़ा ने डायरेक्ट किया है. विधु विनोद चोपड़ा इसे प्रोड्यूस कर रहे हैं. ये फिल्म अगले महीने 1 फरवरी को रिलीज होगी. फिल्म का पहला लुक अनिल कपूर के बर्थडे पर रिलीज हुआ था.

फिल्म के ट्रेलर ने स्टोरी को लेकर काफी सस्पेंस बढ़ा दिया है. बताया गया है कि इसकी कहानी लीग से हटकर है. कहा यह भी जा रहा है कि यह अनएक्सपेक्टेड लव स्टारी है. यह एक लेस्बियन प्रेम कहानी बताई जा रही है. मूवी में इसके कुछ संकेत भी नजर आए हैं. वहीं एक और कारण से फिल्म चर्चा में बनी हुई है.

हाल ही में फिल्म के पोस्टर से राजकुमार हिरानी का नाम भी हटाया गया है. यौन शोषण के आरोपों का सामना कर रहे राजकुमार हिरानी का नाम बतौर प्रोड्यूसर शामिल था. लेकिन कुछ दिन पहले इस मूवी का एक नया पोस्टर जारी हुआ, जिसमें हिरानी का नाम नहीं था.

The “Flow” of a musician

If you have actually taken the pains of learning music, I feel that at some point in life, you would definitely need help from it. Whether to turn music into a career, or to continue playing as a hobby, is a decision that requires a lot of thinking, perseverance and hard work.

Turning music into a hobby is probably many times easier. All you need to do is- Form a group of individuals who like to listen, and then just play what comes to mind. This is even more fun when you have learnt many instruments (read Raghav of Indian pop music). There may be numerous tunes running in your head, but to decide which instrument to use to get the tune in shape, becomes more complicated. It also serves as a stress buster, especially in today’s fast paced times.

For making it into a career

Ah, the “Not-so-easy” path. Record the music, and hope that after some running around, you get a producer who is interested to move with it. If not, life becomes a vicious circle.

Influences from existing or erstwhile musicians are naturally fed into our minds. In my case, Ustad Zakir Hussain and Michael Jackson are two individuals who spontaneously come to mind. Both of them pop up for their originality. It is true that we naturally tend to admire only the music of Michael Jackson, but it is true that he has also written the songs himself.

Another one of my influences is Mark Knopfler, of a band called Dire Straits. I admire him for the sheer complexity of tasks performed by him while playing- composing, singing as well as playing the lead guitar.

My highlight of yesterday was seeing this maestro performing live at Stockholm. Ustad Zakir Hussain, a master percussionist and a world known musician. He started performing at the age of 11 on world tours with his father Ustad Alla Rakha, a maestro himself. This master percussionist is now 66, still looking young and energetic and it's visible in his performance, as if he is a child who has newly discovered the music in him yet has the profound skills of performing the tabla and swaying the audience at his finger tips. Keep that going Ustad ji 🙏. An amazing performance that kept me on my toes!A once in a lifetime opportunity for me to have seen him live and upclose.
