From almost as early on as Logan could remember, he’d been a part of the church. Shortly after his birth, he was baptized as Noelle Sargent, and went to Sunday school classes as soon as he was four years old. And like most other children, Logan was always resistant to go. He would have rather stayed at home reading books or playing video games on his Game Boy. For a while it was difficult to get Logan to acquiesce to his parents’s requests, but they eventually found some leverage. At only eight years old, Logan developed the power of flight; like his mother. And immediately he was in love with it; he wanted to fly everywhere. Naturally, Debra and Fred sat Logan down and explained why he couldn’t do that, but added the caveat that if Logan went to church without a fuss, he would get to have flying lessons afterwards. That day onward, Logan went to church without a complaint.

At the age of twelve, it was starting to become more apparent that Logan was not undergoing a prolonged tomboy phase (as his parents had thought). And a year after that, Logan sat his parents down and told them that he was a boy trapped in a girl’s body, and that he would like for his parents to start calling him ‘Logan’ instead of Noelle . Silence hung in the air for several minutes. But eventually a smile appeared on his mother’s face and she just gave him a hug, saying she’d figured and that this didn’t change anything in her heart. His father, on the other hand, was not quite as accepting. God could not have made such a mistake. For a while after Logan coming out to his parents, Fred just continued to call him ‘Noelle’ and quote back certain passages of the bible to him. Finally Debra reached her breaking point when they were all sitting down at the dinner table, Fred had made another snide comment to his son, which Logan had been trying to shrug off. Slamming her fork down, she stated; “if you can’t accept our son then leave this house, now.” And before long, he had packed his things and left the house.

The two of them ended up moving out of the old house because it was too expensive, but it worked out for the better. The new house was closer to Debra’s job and put Logan in the high school where he met Ethan and Stella. In high school, Logan continued on with the facade of being a ‘tomboy’, only coming out to the friends closest to him. In the middle of his junior year, his mother married William Kendrick. The two of them had met when Debra saved him from an oncoming car shortly after their move and William had been infatuated ever since. He and his daughter both got along famously with Logan and were supportive of his identity when he started taking testosterone at eighteen. More so, when Logan caught word that Stella had been kicked out of her home, William and Debra were happy to open up their home for her, and she became another part of their family.

Everything was going as planned when he started out at Skybourne. He had his two best friends with him, and he could finally learn how to be a good hero like his mom was when she had the time. Ethan, Stella, and Logan were going to take the campus by storm and throw all the best parties, while being the best heroes...until he met Tanya. She had seemed like the most perfect girl. And she was interested in him! After just a week of dating, all Logan wanted to do was spend his time with her. Soon it turned into him isolating himself from everyone except for Tanya. Parties were a waste of his time, and it wasn’t like his friends needed to see him anyways, or so she’d convinced him to believe. And after a few months, things turned even more toxic. She started to make him think that he wasn’t good enough to be dating her, making him prove his worth time and time again. Finally, she found someone else she was interested in and broke up with Logan. It was only after the dust had settled that he realized that what she said wasn’t true, with the help of his friends. Although almost reluctant at first, Ethan and Stella forgave him, and were once again there for him beyond the shadow of a doubt. They reassured him of his worth and helped him leave that toxic relationship behind. Now Logan is ready to focus on turning over a new leaf and focus up on his academics again.

Stella Walsh: She is like a sister to Logan. He would do anything for her and can sometimes be a little over protective, which she has made clear to him. But he can’t help it, he never had siblings until recently so Stella ended up becoming the sister he’d always wanted.

Ethan Matsui: When the two of them met, they instantly clicked. It was like they had been friends for years when they first started talking, and Logan cares for his friend deeply but is sometimes worried that he takes the partying and gambling too far. But as of recent, he’s been worried about the state of their friendship because ever since his break-up with Tanya there’s a weird tension that was never there before.
