It's that time again!!! Or. Well. Near enough, time is flying, though! So mark your calendars for the pride walk!!! It's a fun two day event, walking from Ebonhawke to Lion's Arch on day one, then leaving Lion's Arch and ending at the gates of Rata Sum! All of this in support of Rainbow Railroad!! (Link not quite available yet with the community affiliation.)
I, myself, usually stream it!! Last year I was able to volunteer as well!! It's a really fun and enjoyable time, please come and join us! If you can't, feel free to spread the word!! Even if you can't come to both days or stay the whole time—the walk takes a few hours—come at least for a little while!! ♥♥♥

Tyria Pride, 2023! The twins are back together after nearly a decade (in-game time)! They both have been to Torment and back, but they’re with each other now.
They’re wearing each other’s colors, with the exception of Calach’s wristband—He’s transmasc while Feilim is not.

a little piece of marwyd at his first pride with johnny to celebrate tyria pride. ft. a written piece under the cut by @kamiporterbridges !!
They had walked, and walked, then walked some more. Johnny's sheer, explosive joy was contagious, even if he wasn't used to it. As soon as he started lagging behind Marwyd knew what was up, and gently waited for him to catch up before offering a hand.
"Wanna climb up?" he said - his bassy tones making Johnny snap up towards his face.
He huffed, shoulders dropping as he curled a golden ringlet around his finger.
"Yeah?" he murmured, blushing ever so slightly.
Joy wasn't compatible with rage. And without rage, that seemingly incombustible berserker flame was starting to dwindle.
Marwyd knew it. There was no need for words.
"Up ye go, peach."
With only one arm, he scooped Johnny up, accommodating him sitting over his shoulder. Johnny barely managed to utter a brief "Ah!" before finding himself suddenly towering over the crowd.
Fireworks sparkled all around him, and Johnny's eyes lit up with a generous smile. When he glanced down at Marwyd, he chuckled like a satisfied bull, deep and calm.
"Boons of havin' a travelin' partner that's way too tall," he said, tipping his hat up.
Johnny's smile turned soft. His joy was contagious indeed. It made Marwyd's pulse run just a tiny bit faster.
"Yeah," he replied, grinning. "Betcha it is."
The crowd grew euphoric, the music of the many bards grew louder. Johnny screamed and laughed and made gestures at everyone who might glance their way. And finally he unraveled the proud tricolored flag he had been using as a cape, waving it up in the air.
"Yeah!" he yelled, clutching the flag with abandon. "Fuck yeah Pride!"
More screams joined in reply. And Marwyd looked up at him with an eyebrow up, chuckling once again.
Up on his shoulder, cut against the sun, bright as a golden beacon. Loud, as always. Unashamed, as usual. Under his light, anyone could grow and thrive. Anyone could look at their own reflection, and believe if only an ounce of what he tirelessly spewed was true.
Anyone. Maybe even Marwyd.
Still with his arms up in the air, surrounded by friendly voices echoing his passionate yell, Johnny spared a look his way. Something in his expression made Johnny pause, surprise quickly giving way to a somewhat coy chuckle.
"What!" he demanded, a slight blush spreading over his juvenile cheeks again.
As he held him up, Marwyd felt suddenly filled to the brim with something. Something that echoed Johnny's words, and made deep green blush be the backdrop to the subtle, tiny rainbow flags painted over his cheeks.
"I'm proud of ye, peach," he murmured. Only for him, rather than the loud parade around them. Only for them both.
Johnny's eyes grew fonder, and so did his smile as he leaned down and kissed the top of his hat. A tender, innocent gesture, so distant from his usual fragrant, shameless seduction Marwyd had no option but to believe it was genuine.
"Proud of ya too, big guy," he said, leaning down on his hat.
It was merely a tiny step in an unknown direction. But walking together, hand in hand, the road didn't seem so daunting all of the sudden.

Tyria Pride Day 2 (NA) 2023
Hey guys! I attended day 2 of Tyria pride with @addakax today! You might’ve seen me (Awwra) repping the Abrosexual and Panromantic flags and him (Watchdog Reiiko) with the MLM and trans flags- we were holding hands the entire time!
Had a super fun time today it was great to see some familiar faces among the crowd! (IS THAT MY COUSIN THROCKMORTON!?)

Was only able to make it for Day 2 of NA Pride due to work, but I had a blast running with the Tumblr Squad lead by @moonlit-grove ! Tyria Pride 2023! Here's some of my screencaps from this first day on EU. First time taking part of the EU one, as last year I did not have an active EU account. Also as I've made my daily rhythm more normal for my timezone, the NA one happens too late for me to attend any longer sadly..
I was on King Kettu, using the catboy outfit with demiboy flag colours, made the raptor mount pan colours and added the wings in aro flag colours, as those are what I think are now correct for me, though I'm not fully certain I think they're the closest. Will be going with the same character for tomorrow's EU march as well.
