With the early signs of spring, there was a chill and crispness in the morning air. Mother nature was gracious enough to allow the sun to shine allowing a view of the hills of Tuscany making it a perfect day for a truffle hunt. Alex and Emily lived just outside of Florence for one year about 15 years ago. They usually visit Italy every year. They wanted to do a truffle hunt, wine tasting and see some of the hiddens gems tucked in the hills and valleys of Tuscany.
