SO! ill explain

tfc, neil says that the only person kevin didnt piss off on court was renee. i like to interpret that as kevin trying to push people away with his arrogance but renee sees through it :)

THEN at the banquet, kevin, who we know is riddled with anxiety from the nest, ever so hypervigilant and aware of his surroundings, that kevin LET RENEE HOOK HER ARM IN HIS??? not to mention he was extremely vulnerable at this time, given the fact that he was facing his ex-teammates after so long, and then that happened????

finally, when renee kidnapped jean, neil asked kevin to ask jean to stay, but kev was like no, but THEN renee asked him and he's like ofc :)
