So not every workout day is one for the record books. It was a tough week, topped off by a raging headache most of yesterday. This morning, I dragged myself kicking & screaming into the gym. Neither of my workouts were epic today. But they were what my body gave me & what it needed to do. When your goal is fitness, you will have epically stellar days and you'll have days that aren't so epically stellar. 🤷‍♀️ So what? You still showed up and you gave it all you had that day.
