TomClancy’s The Division

総合評価：4 

結構やり込めたシューティングRPG。かの有名なトム・クランシーシリーズ初のオープンワールドゲーム。10年以上前アメリカにいた時からスプリンターセル、レインボーシックス等やってきた自分にとってはトム・クランシーと名前がついているだけで買ってしまったゲーム。（トム・クランシーシリーズのゲームはアメリカを代表するシューティングゲームシリーズの為）舞台はSmallpoxという伝染病のパンデミックが起き、無秩序と化したマンハッタン。そこで闊歩する暴徒、犯罪者集団を「ディビジョン」という傭兵？STF？が倒していきながら街を救うという話。

街は当然ながら本物の街と同じ街並み。実際同じようなことが起きたらこういう風になるんだろうなーという感じで自分がその世界に入ったかのようでおもしろい。一人、マルチプレイヤーのどちらでもできるがレベルが上がるに連れ、一人ではクリアが難しいレベルのミッションが出てくる為、PlayStation Networkが使えた方が懸命。

一人でもマルチプレイヤーのどちらでもしっかりやり込めて楽しめるシューティングRPG。スピード感があるが軽すぎず、銃を撃っている際のコントローラーの振動は重厚感がありリアル。銃のカスタマイズもマガジン、マズル（砲口）、スコープと後1つ（具体的な名前は忘れたw）の最大4種類の強化パーツを組み合わせることが可能。銃とパーツも豊富な種類があり、それぞれレベルや適正が違う為自分が一番使いやすい組み合わせを見つけるのも地味に楽しい。

また、「ロードアウト」という好きな武器、防具、スキルの組み合わせを保存して、使いたい時にすぐに呼び出せる機能はかなり斬新で便利。数が多い的に真っ向から銃撃戦を仕掛けて一掃したい時はライトマシンガン、ショットガンをメイン・サブ武器に、装備は防御力が高く、スキルは相手に追加攻撃を食らわせるものをロードアウトに登録しておく。スナイパーが多い場合はマシンガンだと命中率が悪いので命中率が高いスナイパーライフルとアサルトライフルを登録したロードアウトを呼び出す等、瞬時に戦況に合わせて装備を変えられる。これは今後のシューティングRPGでも頻繁に出てきてほしい機能。（このゲームでは武器をメニューから変えるのが面倒なので、ロードアウトを使わないと逆に不利。また、交戦中は別のロードアウトに変更できないのでそこは要注意）

少し残念な所はストーリーがちょっと単調で、RPGにしては主人公と他のキャラクターの関わりが少ない。また、他のキャラクターの個性がない。シューティングのみを楽しむのであれば全く問題はないが、映画の中に入り込みキャラクターの人生を自分が楽しむ感覚が好きでゲームをしている人には物足りないゲーム。このゲームを買う時はそういう基準で購入を判断した方がいいと思う。

しかし、総合的にはかなり高評価なゲーム。発売してから早3年経つが全然廃れない楽しさでオンラインでもプレイしている人はまだ多い。（Division2がもうじき発売なのでその影響かもしれないが）トム・クランシーシリーズのゲームでは間違いなくトップに入る完成度なのでやり込めるシューティングゲームを探している人は是非プレイしてほしい。
