#sovo answers #there's a long explanation but for anyone who's curious: i placed a test order w a new manu and i can only place the restock order after #the test order comes in. like-- #i'm 99% assured of their quality but i just want to be sure before plunging into a bigger order yknow? it's good to be safe #so it's only after that order comes in & i look it over & i make sure i got their file format correct #that i'll feel comfortable placing the gf restock order #idk when the test order will actually get to me. it's still in production rn but i hope it'll come by the end of the month #the thing is i've been hearing that All the factories have gone into 2wk lockdowns at some point during production #so i'm just keeping the possibility of more delays in mind when i finally do place my restock order #tldr i have to wait :( and i'd rather that i wait alone than make my customers wait with me

Nobody's ever posted this online as far as I can tell, but that has a lot to do with the fact that it's in the Special Believer Package. I'll put the photo underneath a cut just in case nobody wants to see this photo if they want to wait for their box.

But, V's half-sister is younger than he is by a considerable amount to make the timeline work. We don't know her age. We don't know when his dad remarried, we don't know the time for her birthday, nor do we even know her real name. We know that V's mother and father broke apart not long after V was born, but I'd assume it was a while before he got married again.

We don't know the name of her mother, either. We know that they're living abroad, for the most part. In this photo that we're seeing, she looks like she is a preteen. That's about as late as I can approximate and it makes sense to me. V's parents divorced when he was rather young so it's plausible for him to have a sister that's that younger in comparison to him. However, the gap between V and Saeran is like... Jihyun is 26 and Saeran & Saeyoung are 21. That's a five-year gap for them.

I cannot gauge when his sister was born, but it seems reasonable to me that his sister has to be born when he's too old to bond with her and spends most of his time with Jumin. So, that could really be any age after 5 or 6. I know that V and Jumin met when Jumin crashed his toy car into V's house, so we can only presume that Jumin was old enough at that time to be wandering around alone with his toys, so 5-6 seems reasonable. That's the earliest that his sister could've been born but my rational thought tells me that it's more likely that he was closer to his preteen years.

V isn't close to his father, nor do I see him being close with his half-sister or step-mother. He keeps to himself and far away as he can be from his dad. I don't think he hates the two, I think he's indifferent to them and doesn't feel a bond. He doesn't resent the half-sister, nor does he feel animosity. There's just... no real bond there. There's no kind of relationship. I can only assume here because he doesn't know a thing about how V's step-family interacts. We know plenty about Chief Kim but nothing else to help me gauge numbers.

So, TLDR; V's half-sister, in my opinion, is as young as the Choi twins or younger than that, there's no real way that she's older in the canon timeline.
