i’m in the process of stopping my medication because it wasn’t working so rn i’m only taking half the dose i used to and i’m dizzy and it feels like my spine is on fire i want to die

#i talked to my doctor calm down #on top of all that i also have a cold #so basically this has been one of the worst days of my life #this is the first time i’m ever experiencing withdrawal symptoms and god fucking hell its so bad #but it’s like not even that bad tho like i can function #i’m only shaking a little bit but that might be because of the cold #so yeah it’ll be a fun couple of days
