A quarentena

Estou fechado em casa já faz uma semana. Tenho a sorte de poder trabalhar desde casa, desta forma não me exponho tanto ao maldito Covid-19, e ao mesmo tempo mantenho-me ocupado e não entro em paranoias que também não contribuem em nada para esta situação. Mesmo assim tenho a necessidade de me reinventar para fazer com que os dias pareçam minimamente diferentes uns dos outros. Já tentei as séries, filmes, livros, o festival #EuFicoEmCasa e as peças que os Teatros D. Maria II e Aberto disponibilizam online. Tudo ajuda mas falta sempre uma coisa tão importante, e pela qual temos de nos privar por enquanto, o contacto pessoal, o feedback, a reação a uma acção.

Decidi voltar a este blog, que surgiu como um complemento ao meu projecto de final de curso (em 2013) e onde procurei, mais por obrigação académica do que por qualquer outra coisa, refletir sobre algumas questões da actualidade de 2013. Achei que o titulo se aplicava bem à actualidade deste 2020 que está a ser tão estranha e tão surreal. É preciso ficar-mos em casa por protecção pessoal e proteção comunitária, e esta emergência é imposta a todo o mundo — think global, act local, but now.

Enquanto escrevo este texto, oiço o album Mother Earth's Plantasia do Mort Garson, o album que dizem ter sido criado para plantas, para tornar os dias delas mais felizes, apesar de não poderem sair do seu vaso. Oiço-o na ansia de também eu me sentir mais feliz no meu vaso de onde não me convém sair. 

Talvez os cactus e bonsais cujos seus donos lhes oferecem esta musica de consolo pelo ornamento das suas casa, ao ouvi-la, sonhem com aquilo que todos temos vindo a refletir nesta quarentena, que vai ficar tudo bem.
