Summer 2008 - preserved moments

#my sister took my dads old analog camera and let the film inside be developed #that film was almost 15-16 years old #i was the one who shot the photos bc i was very much into photography at that time #i even remember how i took a selfie with that camera #i thought about it now and then during all these years how i dont know if that selfie even turned out good #and now that photo is here in my hands #and it did turn out good #there is somethin so nostalgic so poetic and precious about these photos! #it feels like these moments in those photographs have been preserved over all these years #and now that the film has been developed they are alive again they happening again #subhanallah #this is why film cameras are so much more valuable #;; #yxc #photography #mine #also i love love love that photo of my mother gently holding the rose to her nose 🥺 #so beautiful #mashaallah
