Just wanted to stop by and say that Detours has quickly risen to be one of my all time favorite fics! The characterization is on point, the slowburn story telling is excellently executed, and the introduction of the ultra beasts and continuing questions surrounding who Ingo will choose to go with have me at the edge of my seat! All of which is to say, BRAVO!

Characterization is such a tricky and weird thing, and I'm glad I'm doing a good enough job at it! I still think I have a lot of work to do tho lol.

To be honest, I'm still kind of figuring out the story myself, but I have a lot of ideas that I'm really really excited about.

When I was young I thought my family had like a Designated Juice GlassTM that could only be used for juice. One day I said this fact out loud to my mom and well, Apparently that was just a Complete Fabrication of my mind asdfghasdfgh. I still think juice should only go in glass tho. Cold things in glass, hot things in mugs, and anyone who says otherwise is wrong.

Hmm, to me it seems like a lot of popular artist use Smackjeeves for their comics, and as a reader it seems nice- though I haven't used it to post comics myself, so I don't know how it is from that side of things.

I remember reading a lot of Smackjeeves hosted comics as a teen and i did once try to use it (I had a very VERY poorly conceptualised “slice of life lol randem comic idea about my friends and I that I killed off deservedly so) so if it handles better than what I remember, it sounds like a good place to look into outside of tumblr hosting!Thanks!
