Hello! I am a super big fan of your gifs. Especially the Jean Dujardin gif you made, it's brilliant! Could you perhaps tell me what gif animator you use? The one that I currently use works great as far as editing goes, but the output/final product is ALWAYS grainy and displaced. Please advise if you can! Thanks much x

I use Ulead GIF Animator, but if you're worried about grainy pictures, I think the problem's with the screencaps. Most of them are dark and murky so I muck about in GIMP (which you can download here) changing levels and colours and whatnot till I get something that looks nice before turning it into a gif. It's mostly trial and error, really.
