Emmerdale stars share their hidden talents at Danny Miller's charity extravaganza
Two different Emmerdale star bands performed in support of their co-star Danny Miller's annual charity ball in Manchester
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Emmerdale stars proved they're a talented bunch - showing off their singing and musical skills to support co-star Danny Miller's big charity ball in Manchester. Emmerdale favourite Danny, along with pal Daniel Jillings, run the Once Upon A Smile charity supporting families through bereavement.
Their annual fundraising ball has become know for its star guests and surprise star turns on the stage. This year was no different, with a packed night of entertainment at The Point at Emirates Old Trafford on Saturday night.
And Danny counted on the support of his friends when they also took to the stage for some powerhouse performances.
Bradley Johnson, who plays Emmerdale's Vinny Dingle wowed the audience performing with his band The Trilogies at the start of the night. The band are known for their take on swing classics, and they wore matching gold suits as they impressed with their vocal harmonies.
Then later Bradley joined up with more of his soap co-stars in the long-running Emmerdale band. Soap legend Dominic Brunt, aka Paddy Dingle, has been leading the band for years.
The band's current incarnation is called Somewhere near Hotten - a nod to one of Emmerdale's fictional locations. And they got the audience up and dancing at the big charity event at the weekend.
While Dominic is the bass player in the band, he was joined by Katie Hill, who plays the soap's Sarah Sugden, and Olivia Bromley, who plays Dawn Taylor.
Katie also had the audience in tears as she performed a stunning solo while one of the moving videos about those helped by the charity was played in the room.
The ball is organised by Danny and his fellow actor pal Daniel Jillings, who always like to spring special surprises for guests.
And at the finale of the night guests were wowed by performances from boyband 911 and Kelly Llorena.
Danny and Daniel first held their own charity event back in 2011, in memory of much-loved Emmerdale and former Corrie producer Gavin Blyth who died of cancer in 2010 aged just 41.
It would go on to inspire the duo to set up their own charity, Once Upon A Smile, offering child bereavement services across Greater Manchester.
They now have a dedicated headquarters, Sidley House in Old Trafford which opened in 2016, where youngsters can access bereavement support as well as a range of fun activities including play rooms, art workshop and a mini-cinema.

ask-merlin-and-arthur replied to your post “Adventures in 2013 Emmerdale”
I'm loving this flashback to the old times. Have you watched any of the old scenes when Robert was a youngster/Teen?
I’ve seen a few episodes. There is something someone posted called The Sugden Family Album (there is one for Bob’s family and The Dingles too) where they went over all the Sugdens drama and it covers all of young Robert. I’ve seen episodes of teenage Aaron too. Both snarky and if they knew each other they would have more than likely have been friends. lol

Emmerdale fans spot a big change with baby Seb in the show's latest episode
Something doesn't tot up...
Eagle-eyed Emmerdale fans have noticed that baby Seb looked very different in the soap's latest episode.
The youngster returned to the show last night (April 16), after being absent for a little while. Robert Sugden went to collect Seb – who was living with mum Rebecca White and her partner Ross Barton — to take him to a surrogate meeting.
Robert and husband Aaron Dingle wanted Seb to be there while they met surrogate Natalie, as the pair are looking to start a family together with her help.
Viewers, however, noticed that baby Seb had been recast.
Previously, Seb had been played by a baby girl called Lily, but now the character is being portrayed a new young actor.
ITV didn't have anything to add when contacted by Digital Spy, but of course it's not uncommon for child characters to be frequently recast as they grow up.
Late last year, Emmerdale fans were upset for Robert and Aaron after they had to take Seb back to Rebecca. Since then, Seb has been living in Liverpool with Rebecca and Ross.
In other returnee news, former Emmerdale actor Frazer Hines – who played Robert's uncle Joe Sugden – recently expressed interest in returning. Joe was killed off-screen in an apparent car crash back in 1995.
"The fans always want me back," he told The Mirror. "They say, 'Why don't you come back for six months as a guest?' And I would do that."

baby talk"frequently used with animals is, as the name suggest, comparable to how individuals connect with young

"And finally, we have co-evolved with canines for over 10,000 years. This unique evolutionary relationship with dogs suggests that we, they, or both of us might have progressed to benefit each other."The research study consists of a one-hour appointment at the UBC Infant Researches Centre.Researchers will equip the babies with a stretchy cap that utilized LED lights to determine brain activity. See What Cristiano Ronaldo Was caught Doing With His Girlfriend And Son Ahead of UCL Final
Tumblr media
Good times: Injury gave Cristiano Ronaldo the opportunity to spend some quality time with his family during a weekend break in Ibiza on Saturday afternoon while Real Madrid won another three points at the Santiago Bernabeu
Injury gave Cristiano Ronaldo the opportunity to spend some quality time with his family on Saturday afternoon while Real Madrid won another three points at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The Portuguese striker, currently side-lined with an ankle injury, enjoyed a weekend in Ibiza with girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez and young son Cristiano, Jr as his side disposed of hapless Celta Vigo with a comfortable 6-0 victory.
With temperatures dropping to an unseasonable 15 degrees on the Balearic party island, Ronaldo, 33, wrapped up in a thick hooded top as they made their way across the beach.
Skinny jeans and trainers added to his causal appearance, while a jaunty baseball cap and tinted Aviator sunglasses partially concealed his instantly recognisable features.

Chilly: With temperatures dropping to an unseasonable 15 degrees on the Balearic party island, Ronaldo, 33, wrapped up in a thick hooded top
Walking alongside her boyfriend, Georgina looked less than impressed with the gloomy spring weather as the couple prepared to take a  boat ride across the choppy  Mediterranean waters.
Draping a denim shirt across her shoulders, the sultry brunette hugged herself while making her way across the sand.
Opting to wear a form-fitting black dress during her latest appearance with Ronaldo, Georgina once again showed off the stunning figure she's maintained following the birth of daughter Alana, her first child with the footballer, in November.
With a small boat waiting to take them back to their luxury yacht, Ronaldo looked on as the Spanish beauty removed her flip flops and gingerly climbed aboard.
The Real Madrid ace quickly followed, accompanied by his oldest son, nine-year old Cristiano Jr.
The youngster ensured he stayed safe by wearing a large yellow life jacket as the family were whisked back to the comparative luxury of their larger boat.

Cold front:  Walking alongside her boyfriend, Georgina looked less than impressed with the gloomy spring weather
As well as fathering Cristiano Jnr and Alana, Ronaldo has also fathered his twins via a surrogate mother in the United States.
In March the footballer found himself at the centre of allegations surrounding a barrage of 'late night texts' sent to English glamour model Rhian Sugden.
Rhian, who is engaged to actor Oliver Mellor, 36, was reportedly left alone after her fiance sent Cristiano a warning to back off.
'Ronaldo bombards Rhian with messages periodically,' a source told The Sun.
The footballer is currently recovering from a sprained ankle sustained during Real Madrid's 2-2 draw with fierce rivals FC Barcelona.
Despite being injured, the player is adamant he will be back for the Spanish side's Champion's League final showdown with Liverpool at the end of May.
