Like I just cannot get over how much of a fucking irritating self insert Mary Sue perfect centre of everything suddenly protagonist Clara was. She was absolutely beyond insufferable. I can't believe this I thought it was just me being a 12 year old with internalised misogyny that made me hate her so much but I think I actually hate her more now??? She's appallingly written.
