My art got stolen, edited and used for commercial purposes
Tumblr media
This store claims to be "official" Grian merch shop and oH BOI they are clearly not. The amount of stolen art on this store is simply owherwhelming. This is just an example.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
They took my art, made 5 designs and slapped it on everything they could mass produce, resulting in more than 55 merchandise pieces with art they have no right on. And I am not even counting Grian Official (like TRUE OFFICIAL) mech, and some other artist I don't know, but clearly they haven't given their consent to this. Examples below.
Official Grian merch that was limited edition btw:

*The Man That Got Away* Newt x reader
◘ irlus asked:
FLUFF ROMANTIC: Reader is a sexy tallented jazz singer. Newt goes to a bar and sees her performing and falls hard for her.
Tumblr media
❤SAW THIS AND HAD TO DO IT LIKE RIGHT NOW. The song reader is singing is called The Man That Got Away sung by Judy Garland (listen to it here!)
Queenie skipped in to the bar, dragging Jacob behind her as she found an open table decently close to the stage. Tina smiled, chuckling as Jacob stumbled a bit, struggling to keep up with the blonde’s quick skip. Newt staggered behind and hiding behind his curly hair. He had protested in coming but the gang refused to let him sit alone at home on a Friday night.
Sliding in to a chair, Newt sighed as the crowded jazz club filled rather quickly. Women in shiny elaborate dresses hung off the arms of handsome tall men, cigars hanging out of their mouths.
Choking on the smoke nearby, Newt waved it away with his hand and wishing he could be anywhere but here.
The curtain in the front of the room began to slide away revealing a few musicians taking their places.
“Four martinis, please?”
“Oh, I’m oka-”
“Nonsense, Newt! It’s on me!”
It was always hard to argue with Queenie. She was so sweet and caring that turning down a sweet offer from her was almost like stealing candy from a child.
Sinking in to his seat, Newt caught Tina’s gaze as she nudged him.
“Come on, Newt. At least try to have some fun.”
Rolling his eyes and sitting up, the room became dark and the stage became illuminated. The room became quiet and everyone’s attention was now on the eager arrival of the evenings jazz performer.
The man at the piano took a swig of his drink before placing it back atop the piano. As his fingers hit the keys, a young woman glided on to the stage. You were wearing a knee length black dress with long tassels dangling amongst shiny beads and sequins. Your hair was perfectly curled and a long black feather with diamonds at the stem was placed perfectly on the side of your head. Your long legs were covered in delicate black stockings and your black heels clicked along the wood stage while the boa around your body dangled beside you.
As you turned, facing the audience, the most beautiful voice flowed from your lips and Newt felt his heart stop.
The night is bitter, The stars have lost their glitter, The winds grow colder And suddenly you're older, And all because of the man that got away.
You swung the boa, winking as various men whistled.
No more his eager call, The writing's on the wall, The dreams you dreamed have all Gone astray.
Entranced by your beauty, Newt hadn’t noticed he had scooted further up in his seat, barely falling off his chair. His thoughts were swirling in his head as he found himself hooked on your song. It was almost as if you were a siren luring sailors to their deaths.
Queenie shifted in her seat a bit, a smile creeping up on her face as she heard Newt’s thoughts loud and clear. Tina noticed how close he had become to her, nearly breathing down her neck as your voice pulled him further in.
Shimmying across the stage, you blew a kiss to the audience, winking and playing wit the pearls around your neck, spinning them on your gloved hand.
Good riddance, good-bye! Every trick of his you're on to. But, fools will be fools, And where's he gone to?
Merlin’s beard. Newt could feel his heart pounding in his chest as he watched you. He had never seen anything so beautiful or entrancing in his entire life. His cheeks began red as the crowded room began to get to him and he fiddled with his tie, loosing it around his neck a bit.
Ever since this world began There is nothing sadder than A one-man woman looking for The man that got away, The man that got away.
Doing one last shimmy and boa twirl, you twirled on your heels, winking as you waked off, disappearing behind the curtains. The room erupted in to whistled and applause and Newt nearly fell off his seat at the sudden noise. It had almost felt that it were only you two in the room. His heart sank when the curtains swallowed you, leaving an empty stage.
“Wowie!” Jacob turned towards the table, taking a sip of his martini. “I used to come here a lot but I never once saw someone that good!”
Nodding, Newt tried to keep his attention at the table with his friends but found it hard when all he could do was look up at the stage, hoping you’d return.
“If you ask me, I think one gentlemen enjoyed it more than anyone else here...” Queenie smiled, looking at Newt as she held her glass up to her lips.
“Oh?” Tina looked over at him, raising an eyebrow. It was clear he was embarrassed and everyone found it rather adorable.
“You should go find her, Newt!” Jacob nudged the wizard, winking at him.
“No...” Shaking his head at such an absurd suggestion, Newt looked down in his lap, fiddling with this thumbs.
“Awe. Well, you’re loss!”
Jacob’s words rang true. Who knew if he’d ever see you again. Only problem was, Newt wasn't the best at expressing his feelings and was rather shy. Besides, you could have any man you wanted clear. What would make you choose him?
“I’m gonna go get some air...” Excusing himself, Newt pushed his way past the crowds of people and smooching couples. Relieved to find the exit, Newt stepped out on to the New York streets, looking up to see the night sky. He sighed, resting his hands in his pockets.
The cool night air helped him cool down and he was relieved to be breathing in anything but the smoke from the cigars inside.
Deciding he had been outside long enough, he twirled on his heel, reaching to grab the door when suddenly something bumped in to him. Reaching out, Newt caught the falling woman in his arms, apologizing for his clumsiness.
“I’m so sorry! I must watch where I’m going....”
“No worries!” You looked up, smiling as you brushed the stray hairs from your face. “I’m pretty clumsy. Never watch where I’m going either!”
Newt stood there, dumbfounded as he stared in to your E/C eyes. He’d forgotten to remove his hands from you and his cheeks reddened as he pulled away, looking at the ground.
A few seconds passed before you finally broke the silence. “Well, I should head back in. If I’m not back in time they get all mad at me!” You chuckled, waving your hands in the air as you spoke.
Merlin, she’s not only beautiful she’s adorable.
“Hope you enjoy the rest of the show, eh...?”
“Newt. Newt Scamander.”
“Mr. Scamander.” Smiling and giving him a wink, you twirled on the tip of your heels and made your back inside leaving Newt feeling warmer than he had previously. Smiling like a fool to himself, Newt heard the sound of the music inside begin and knew that was your cue.
Without a moment to spare, he made his way back in; ready to see what more you could do to his heart.
THIS WAS SO FUUUUUNNNNN!
