1. rarijack

okay so. rarijack was like. my first real introduction to gay was via ninjago fanfiction i accidentally stumbled upon, but it wasn't a great fic so i didn't think much of it. then, i found myself shipping rarity and applejack even tho they were both girls. i didn't know why, and for awhile, i just. didn't think about it and simply shipped them. but this has been a comfort ship since 2013. it fills me with great joy and makes me all giddy and flappy hands and like. it's the epitome of opposites attract and being able to love someone... somepony despite being so different, learning to love what they love simply because your partner loves it. it's understanding someone on such a deep level that you can say "honestly, i don't know why you're giving me your frowny eyebrows". like. f r o w n y e y e b r o w s. to know someone so well that you can tell the different moods by their eyebrows. it's being willing to give up what you want for love, wanting the one you love to take care of themself. putting their happiness above your own until they make you take care of yourself... i just. i love rarijack so much. they are everything to me. my internet friend beth made me two rarijack stickers on redbubble and they're my favorite stickers on my laptop.

2. zukka

is anyone surprised? they mean so much to me. i love them so much. they're so important to me. sometimes, i self-project onto sokka so much that it reminds me that i'm worth loving, if that makes sense? there's so much good in zukka, so much learning and self-discovery and recovery and pure love and just. okiuhgyfdgyhuijop. my brain isn't working great right now, so that's all imma say for now, but i have so much more that i can say. brain just says no :/

3. renga

is anyone surprised? to be honest, renga is a lot of self-projection??? like. i want a langa in my life. ftgyuhioiuygfg as dumb and selfish as that may sound, i just love the way that they love each other. it's so passionate, but so natural. they love eachother and naturally as they breathe. they both brought each other happiness and meaning. reki gave langa the spark of life he was missing and langa gave reki someone who genuinely cares about what he has to say... there's just so much good and pureness in it. i love them. so much.

4. jetru

oops. jetru came out of nowhere and stole my heart. just. the potential that they have is so good. i love writing for them and i love thinking about them. they always give me this warm glow in my chest. i love this dynamic and how they would both love each other so passionately and just. ahhhhh i am so excited to write you happened verse jetru edition when i have the time because i have Ideas <3

5. jack & goldilocks

so, they're from my favorite book series, the land of stories ! i love them so much. goldilocks is a very important character to me, and her love story with jack is just so sweet and wholesome. i don't really have too much to say here because i just genuinely love them so much.

6. kiane / howzer & gilthunder

so, i don't think you know them, but kiane is king and diane from the anime seven deadly sins and howzer & gilthunder are as well! kiane is canon, the other is not but it always makes me so happy and giddy! kiane makes me feel so many good feelings! it's falling in love all over again and loving each other even when they're so far apart. they're just so pure and mean so much to me. and i headcanon howzer as gay but suffering from internalized homophobia / a maybe homophobic father and he figures it out around like s3 of the show, and gil is bi and i just love their chemistry and the way they interact and ahhhhhh wish they were canon:/

A Rarijack story.

"Rarity! Watch out!" Shouted Applejack. "Got it!" Rarity replied shooting the rabid timber wolves with her horn. Rarity, Twilight and Starlight shot a powerful spell that turned the timber wolves to tree stumps. "We did it!" Screamed Pinkie. Applejack walked over to Rarity "Well done sugar cube." She said before giving Rarity a kiss on the cheek. "Thank you darling. But we couldn't have done it without you." She blushed.

They walked over to Sugar cube Corner for celebratory cupcakes. Starlight noticed Rarity deep in thought "What's wrong?"

"Nothing." Starlight stared at her. "Really!" She smiled. "Oh, If you must know. I want to ask Applejack to marry me but I want to ask for Granny Smith's blessing and..." She trailed off. "Her parents too?" Asked Starlight. Rarity nodded. "I just don't know how to approach it."

"Hmm...Let's ask the others. I'll keep Applejack distracted."

"Thank you Starlight. Sunburst is lucky to have you." Starlight looked embarrassed. "I see the way you look at eachother when you think no one can see you. It's very sweet." They both smiled.

As they got to Sugar cube Corner, Starlight led Applejack over to the cake shelves as Rarity led everyone else to the table in the corner. "So any ideas?" Rarity asked quietly. They all wondered for a moment until Fluttershy said "Rarity... Um... I think you should... Uh... Speak from the heart." Rarity looked at her to keep going. "Well we know how much you love Applejack so tell Granny and her parents' tree how much you love her and how much she means to you. They're bound to say yes." Rainbow and Pinkie started to tear up. "Thank you Fluttershy. That's a perfect idea." Said Rarity.

The next morning, Rarity went to Sweet Apple Acres. "Hi Rarity." Said Apple Bloom.

"Hello Apple Bloom. Is Granny Smith around?"

"Why? Wait. I don't want to know." She said, excitedly. "She's at mum and dad's tree." Apple Bloom squealed as Rarity walked over to the tree. Rarity watched for a moment as Granny spoke to her son and daughter-in-law. "I miss you both so much. I wish you could see how much your kids have grown. Apple Bloom asks about you a lot, Big Mac reminds me so much of you Bright Mac. And Applejack... You'd both be so proud of her and all she's done for this family and the town." She started to cry. Rarity stepped out. "They are proud." She said, wiping away a tear. Granny turned around and screamed. "What are you doing here?" Wiping away her own tears. " I wanted to ask you something. All of you." Rarity said, looking at the tree.

Granny sat next to the tree as Rarity sat in front of them. "I love Applejack with all of my heart and I would do anything to make her happy. She's my inspiration and the love of my life. So could I please have your blessings to ask her to marry me?" Said Rarity. Granny nodded. "Of course sugar plum." They both smiled as the wind blew through the tree. It smelled like caramel apples, Applejack's favourite smell. "I think that means yes." Said Granny as Rarity hugged her. "Oh. Before I forget... Would it be alright if we had the wedding here?" Asked Rarity, looking at the tree again. " We'd love to have everypony there that's special to us." Granny smiled and nodded. Rarity walked away, beaming.

That afternoon, Rarity and Rainbow headed to the jewellery store. Rarity knew that Applejack wouldn't want something too fancy so Rainbow was there to reel her in incase she got distracted. Rarity looked around until she saw the perfect ring, a gold band with a gorgeous, deep emerald that matched Applejack's eyes. "That's perfect!" Said Rainbow, in awe. Rainbow picked up a gold chain to go with it and they left.

As they walked back to Carousel Boutique, Rarity noticed Big Mac and rushed to speak to speak to him. "Hello Big Mac. I was wondering if I could borrow the barn tomorrow afternoon?"

"Why?" He asked.

"Hello!" Said Rainbow. " Rarity wants to propose to Applejack."

"And there's no place more special to her than the farm." Added Rarity. "So may I?" Big Mac smiled. "Eeyup!"

"Thank you!" Said Rarity, hugging Big Mac.

The next day, Rarity waited in the barn for Twilight and Spike to bring Applejack. She kept hearing a clattering of hooves until finally the barn door opened. There was Applejack smiling but slightly worried. "Twilight told me that the barn was smoking." Said Applejack. Rarity looked at Twilight. "What? I got her here didn't I?" Rarity looked at her with a side eye, then looked back at Applejack. "That doesn't matter now. You're here." Leading Applejack to sit on hay bale. "My darling Applejack..." Rarity said, kneeling down and magicing out the ring box. "You are the love of my life. My inspiration. My best friend. So..." She opened the box. "Will you make me the happiest unicorn in all of Equestria and marry me?" Applejack smiled. "Of course Rarity!" They both stood up. Rarity placed the chain with the ring on it around Applejack's neck. They kissed eachother. "I love you." They said, smiling. Everybody came and joined in their hug.

A year later...

The crowd watched as Sweetie Belle, Apple Bloom and Scootaloo in light blue dresses, walked down the aisle dropping rose petals, Followed by Applejack in a black tuxedo with a red rose in her cowboy hat walking with Big Mac, and Finally Rarity, in a beautiful white gown with a gold trim, walking with her father. They stood in front of Applejack's parents' tree with Mayor Mare. "Hello everypony." Smiled the mayor. "Welcome to the wedding I think we've all been waiting for." Everyone laughed as the brides both blushed. "And I'm now going to let both our stunning brides say their vows." Applejack took Rarity's hoof. "Rarity. I love you with every fibre of my being, you make my heart smile every single day, I promise to be there for you, hold you close and continue to love you until the day I die and even long after. I love you so much." Applejack placed a silver bracelet with a fabulous diamond around Rarity's wrist and they both smiled. "Applejack. You are one of the kindest and most amazing ponies I have ever met. I am always in awe of your hard work and loyalty to our friends and family. I promise to always help you, make you smile and love you always." Rarity placed a gold bracelet with a Apple shaped ruby on Applejack's wrist. "And now with power vested in me, I now pronounce you MARRIED!" Said Mayor Mare. The crowd cheered as Rarity and Applejack kissed.
